Installation Steps for Mobile Toilets in Parks

Admin 02 de octubre de 2026

The installation steps for mobile toilets in parks mainly include three stages: determining the style and functional requirements, installing the main structure, and installing and commissioning supporting facilities.

Firstly, it is necessary to determine the style and functional requirements. Before installation, it is essential to select a toilet style that harmonizes with the surrounding environment based on the overall landscape design of the park, such as antique, modern minimalist, or natural ecological styles, ensuring it blends into the landscape without appearing out of place. Simultaneously, based on data such as the park's average daily visitor volume and peak-hour traffic, determine the number of toilet stalls (e.g., single stalls, multiple stalls, or combinations with accessible stalls) to avoid affecting the user experience due to insufficient or excessive capacity.

Secondly, install the main structure. The main frame of the mobile toilet is typically made of galvanized steel pipes or stainless steel, known for their corrosion resistance and high strength. The outer layer is covered with metal decorative panels (composed of galvanized steel sheets, polyurethane foam layers, and aluminum foil layers), offering insulation, fire resistance, and decorative functions. The main structure is prefabricated in the factory and shipped as a whole, requiring no complex assembly on-site. It only needs to be secured to the foundation frame with bolts and connected to the water inlet pipe (for water supply) and sewage pipe (for drainage). If the toilet is equipped with lighting or ventilation systems, the power lines need to be connected simultaneously. The installation period for this stage usually does not exceed one day, but it is crucial to ensure that the ground is level and has sufficient bearing capacity to prevent structural deformation due to foundation settlement.

Finally, install and commission the supporting facilities. Internal facilities should be customized and installed according to the preliminary design: the number of squatting stalls and partition layout should meet the requirements for the number of stalls, with partition materials such as compact laminate or stainless steel chosen for privacy and durability. For the flushing system, it is recommended to use foot-operated flushing devices that complete flushing through mechanical pressure, requiring no electricity and offering significant water-saving benefits. After installation, it is essential to check the sealing of the foot-operated flush valves to prevent leaks and test whether the sewage pipes drain smoothly and whether the ventilation system's air exchange efficiency meets standards (e.g., confirming that exhaust vents are unobstructed for natural ventilation and checking the fan's operating status for mechanical ventilation). If a septic tank is equipped, verify that its capacity and cleaning cycle match the actual usage needs. After all facilities are commissioned, a thorough cleaning should be conducted to ensure no construction residues remain before putting the toilet into use.
