Outlet in Container House

Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026

There are various types of outlets in container houses, and their installation needs to follow specifications and be reasonably laid out.

Outlet Types and Prices

There is a wide range of outlet types in container houses, with prices varying according to functions and specifications. Basic models such as 86-type USB socket panels, surface-mounted and flush-mounted two-hole and four-hole USB charging sockets (220V low-voltage 36V to 5V conversion) cost only ¥4.28, suitable for charging ordinary devices; American GFCI ground-fault circuit interrupter sockets (with testing function) are priced between ¥35.0 and ¥50.0, providing anti-electric shock protection and suitable for humid environments or high-power devices; Industrial-grade sockets such as IP67 four-core 32A three-phase explosion-proof sockets (¥45.6) and 32A-3h 440V waterproof and freeze-proof connection sockets (¥40.0) are specifically designed for refrigerated containers or outdoor scenarios, featuring waterproof, explosion-proof, and low-temperature resistance properties; Customized sockets such as Australian-standard two-plug and two-switch sockets (¥13.5) and NEMA 5-20R American-style two-USB wall sockets (¥39.5) can match specific regional standards or device requirements.

Installation Specifications and Steps

  1. Location Selection: It should comply with the requirements of the circuit diagram. Preferably, use waterproof and moisture-proof socket boxes (such as those suitable for the climate in Guangdong) and avoid direct contact between metal boxes and wires.
  2. Wiring Process:
    • Connect the wires to the terminal blocks and secure them.
    • Thread the wires out from the top of the socket box and install elastic sleeves to prevent loosening.
    • After fixing the socket to the box body, insert the wire connectors from the bottom into the box.
    • When connecting the plug to the wires, strictly follow the diagram for connection and tighten the screws to ensure firmness.
  3. Testing and Acceptance: After inserting the plug, test the power-on status to confirm that there is no short circuit, electric leakage, or poor contact.

Layout Design Principles

  1. Functional Zoning Adaptation: According to the differences in power consumption needs in areas such as office areas and equipment areas, reserve sufficient sockets near concentrated points such as workstations and printers.
  2. Ergonomic Optimization: The height of the sockets should be 30cm above the desktop to avoid being blocked by furniture and facilitate plugging and unplugging.
  3. Strengthening Safety Standards:
    • Grounding protection and ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) devices must be installed.
    • The circuit capacity should match the power of the devices to avoid overloading.
    • Metal boxes should have enhanced insulation protection to prevent electric shock risks.
  4. Forward-Looking Reservation: Pre-bury conduit pipes or spare sockets at key locations (such as on walls and under floors) to facilitate future device expansion.
  5. Aesthetics and Neatness: Improve the space quality by hiding cables and unifying socket styles. For example, the products of "Aishang Guizu" use factory-prefabricated circuits to reduce on-site construction clutter.

Solutions for Special Scenarios

  • Refrigerated Containers: Choose IP67 waterproof and freeze-proof sockets to ensure normal operation in low-temperature environments.
  • High-Power Devices: Use 32A three-phase sockets to match the high-current requirements of air conditioners, industrial equipment, etc.
  • Humid Environments: Prefer GFCI sockets with ground-fault protection to reduce the risk of electric shock.
