Outdoor Mobile Toilet Tent Storage
The storage of outdoor mobile toilet tents can follow the steps below, combined with the design features of quick-open tents for operation:

Cleaning and Drying
Before storage, thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of the tent to remove stains, standing water, or debris, preventing residual substances from corroding the fabric or fostering mold growth. If the tent surface is damp, unfold and air-dry it completely to prevent mildew or odors after storage.Removing Additional Components
Remove all detachable parts from the tent, such as poles, stakes, guy ropes, and clips. Some toilet tents may come with separate storage bags or waste disposal units, which should be stored separately and sealed to prevent liquid leakage.Folding the Main Structure
- Initial Folding: Lay the tent flat on a dry surface and fold it in half from both ends towards the center to form a long strip. If the tent has a canopy or extended sections, first retract them into the main frame.
- Volume Compression: Referencing the “reverse fold and press” design of the Arctic Wolf quick-open tent, fold the tent backward along the pole axis after folding, utilizing the contraction force of the elastic poles to reduce volume. If the poles are detachable, remove them first and then fold the fabric to save space.
Storing Poles and Accessories
Categorize the removed poles by length and secure them into bundles with elastic straps to prevent scattering. Coil the stakes and guy ropes and place them in dedicated storage bags to prevent sharp edges from damaging the tent fabric. Store accessories separately from the main tent for quick access during next use.Packing into Storage Bag
Place the folded tent body and accessories into the matching storage bag one by one, ensuring all parts are fully contained and the bag is sealed. If the storage bag is insufficient in capacity, distribute the items into multiple bags, but label the contents (e.g., “tent body,” “poles”) to avoid confusion.
Precautions:
- Avoid pulling the fabric or poles forcefully during storage to prevent deformation or breakage.
- Before long-term storage, place desiccants inside the tent to absorb moisture and extend its lifespan.
- Regularly inspect the integrity of the storage bag and replace it promptly if damage is found to prevent dust or pests from entering.
