Temporary Use of Outdoor Mobile Toilets

Admin 27 de septiembre de 2026

When organizing outdoor events, exhibitions, or construction projects in Yichun, renting mobile toilets requires standardized operations in four aspects: pre-rental preparation, usage norms, maintenance management, and usage prohibitions. This ensures the proper functioning of the facilities and avoids health and safety hazards.

I. Pre-Rental Preparation

  1. Clarify Needs and Scenarios: Determine the number of toilet stalls based on the scale of the event. For example, 3-5 stalls are needed for events with over 100 people. Choose the rental type (standard, eco-friendly, or accessible) based on site conditions such as ground flatness and drainage facilities.
  2. Early Communication and Planning: It is recommended to contact the rental provider 3-5 days in advance to allow time for transportation and installation, ensuring the toilets are in place and ready for use on time.
  3. Select Structure and Mobility Type: Choose between a single-unit structure (lightweight and flexible) or a composite structure (higher capacity) based on site space and handling conditions. Mobility options include hoisting type (suitable for fixed locations), powered towing type (suitable for long-distance movement), or manual handling type (suitable for short-distance transport).

II. Standardized Operations During Use

  1. Proper Location and Layout: Place the toilets in a well-ventilated, dry area close to a water source, away from kitchens and garbage disposal areas. The ground should be hardened or covered with anti-slip mats to prevent vehicle damage. Accessible stalls should be clearly marked with at least 1.5 meters of clearance around them.
  2. Match Type to Scenario: Water-flush toilets are suitable for sites with drainage facilities, non-water suction toilets for water-scarce environments, dry-pack toilets for areas with high environmental requirements, and recirculating water-flush toilets for long-term use scenarios.

III. Daily Maintenance and Safety Management

  1. Rental Provider Responsibilities: The rental provider must conduct at least one daily maintenance visit, including replacing toilet paper and hand soap, cleaning waste and garbage, and ensuring the equipment operates properly.
  2. User Unit Supervision: Assign a dedicated person to supervise cleaning and immediately contact the rental provider for repairs if blockages or damage are found, preventing issues from escalating and affecting usage.

IV. Usage Prohibitions and Precautions

  1. No Disposal of Foreign Objects: Do not dispose of cigarette butts, metal objects, large garbage, or other items in the toilets to prevent pipe blockages or equipment damage.
  2. Avoid Mixing Chemical Cleaners: Do not use toilet cleaners or other chemical agents in combination with the toilet's existing deodorization system to avoid producing harmful gases or corroding the equipment.
  3. Child Safety: Children should be accompanied by an adult when using the toilets to prevent accidental drowning or slipping, ensuring personal safety.
