Outdoor Mobile Toilet Facilities

Admin 05 de octubre de 2026

Outdoor mobile toilet facilities are movable installations that can be set up in fixed or temporary locations to provide public restroom services.

I. Common Types

  1. Four-squat-position Toilets: Taking the product of Dezhou Hongtu Metal Products Co., Ltd. as an example, it is 4 meters long and 2.3 meters wide with a pointed roof. The exterior walls are made of heat-insulating metal carved panels. The men's restroom is equipped with 2 squat positions, urinals, and a column basin, making it suitable for small to medium-sized events or temporary venues.
  2. Rustic-style Mobile Toilets: These feature a ridged roof covered with thatch and a rain-proof area at the front. They are equipped with public washbasins and beauty mirrors. The wall panels and doors are uniformly colored, and the men's restroom adopts a partition design, combining practicality with aesthetics. They are commonly used in scenic spots or cultural event venues.
  3. Special-shaped Mobile Toilets: These have a brick-patterned flat roof design and are constructed with a galvanized steel frame, offering durability of over 15 years. The exterior wall panels are orange brick-patterned, and the front wall has a unique design, suitable for venues with high aesthetic requirements.

II. Structural Components Mobile toilets typically include a fecal sewage storage tank (or disposal unit), flooring, sanitary fixtures, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobility devices. Among them, the fecal treatment system is the core. Water-flush toilets use water from tanks for flushing, while non-water-flush toilets use dry packing or suction methods to collect feces. Recirculating water-flush toilets achieve water reuse through filtration devices.

III. Classification Methods

  1. By Structural Form: They are divided into single-unit structures (independent units) and composite structures (multiple units combined).
  2. By Mobility Method: They include hoisting and handling types (requiring lifting equipment), powered towing types (tractable for movement), and manual handling types (small and lightweight).
  3. By Sewage Treatment Method: Water-flush toilets rely on a water source, non-water-flush suction types use vacuum pumps for collection, recirculating water-flush types are equipped with purification systems, and dry packing types use biodegradable bags to directly encapsulate feces.

IV. Core Advantages Mobile toilets are characterized by mobility, combinability, and convenient transportation. Their modular design allows for rapid assembly and disassembly, enabling scale adjustments according to needs. Lightweight materials (such as galvanized steel and metal carved panels) reduce transportation costs. Heat insulation and preservation treatments adapt to extreme climates, ensuring user comfort. Additionally, some models are equipped with solar power systems, further enhancing environmental performance.
