Outdoor Mobile Toilet Design
Admin 08 de octubre de 2026
Outdoor mobile toilet design should focus on structure, functionality, environmental adaptability, and appearance, balancing practicality and aesthetics. The key points are as follows:

1. Structure and Material Design
- Box Structure: The main body uses metal carved panels (approximately 8 cm thick) with a soundproof cotton layer inside, forming a composite structure. The outer metal panel is impact-resistant, the middle air layer and soundproof cotton reduce noise to below 40 decibels, and the inner moisture-proof panel handles humidity changes, ensuring long-term durability.
- Roof Design: Gable or octagonal roof shapes accelerate rainwater drainage through slopes, preventing water accumulation; the drainage slope must be greater than 15 degrees to adapt to rainy environments.
- Frame Technology: A fully welded metal frame is more stable than bolt connections, capable of withstanding the stress of frequent handling and supporting a 20-year lifespan.
2. Functionality and Configuration
- Inlet Design: Measuring 1.2*1.2 meters, it has been verified by fluid dynamics to balance smooth waste disposal and odor control.
- Smart System: An 80-watt smart sensing system powered by 220V voltage offers about 30% improved stability within a temperature range of -20℃ to 40℃, but requires supporting power infrastructure.
- Ventilation and Sealing: Check the sealing of door and window rubber strips and ground welds, and calculate the air exchange rate per hour (usually ≥6 times/hour) to ensure ventilation efficiency and prevent odor retention.
3. Environmental Adaptability
- Wind Resistance Design: With a self-weight of about 200kg, it can withstand winds of up to Level 8 and meet the load-bearing requirements for forklift transportation.
- High-Cold Area Adaptation: Additional confirmation of the heating system's power matching is required to avoid equipment failure due to low temperatures.
- Soft Ground Adaptation: Use anti-settling bases (such as concrete foundations or adjustable supports) to enhance stability and prevent tilting due to soft ground.
4. Appearance and Customization
- Styling Design: Adopt double-roof designs, warm-toned apple pod shapes, etc., combined with elements like metal carved panels, two-tone exterior walls, and wooden double doors to enhance aesthetics and insulation.
- Signage System: Clearly mark signs such as 'Toilet' and 'Male/Female', using reflective materials or nighttime lighting designs for easy identification.
5. Application Scenarios and Principles
Suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, construction sites, squares, etc., the design should follow principles of mobility, cost-effectiveness, durability, environmental protection, and efficiency improvement, addressing the shortages or unreasonable layouts of fixed public toilets.
