Office Fireproof Container House

Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026

The office fireproof container house is a temporary office building with features such as environmental protection, energy efficiency, flexible combination, and easy disassembly and transportation. It is commonly found on construction sites and other scenarios requiring temporary office space, but attention should be paid to its potential fire hazards.

Structural and Material Characteristics

Office fireproof container houses are typically constructed using materials with strong fire resistance. Some houses use pure white fireproof rock wool corrugated boards as wall panels. These materials are heat-resistant and thermally insulating, effectively slowing the spread of fire. The bottom frame is reinforced through thickened and densely welded structures to enhance stability. The double-door design facilitates quick personnel access and exit, and the interior is equipped with complete lighting switches and sockets to meet basic office needs. Another type of house uses wood-grain fireproof rock wool wall panels paired with thickened galvanized square steel frames. The floor is laid with fireproof and moisture-proof cement pressure boards, and aluminum alloy sliding windows are installed, balancing aesthetics and practicality. The selection of these materials focuses on improving fire resistance while also considering durability and comfort.

Applicable Scenarios and Advantages

Due to their flexible combination and easy disassembly and transportation, these houses are a common choice for construction sites. Their modular design allows for rapid assembly, adapting to project needs of different scales. The short construction period significantly reduces time costs. Additionally, their environmentally friendly and energy-efficient features (such as the thermal insulation of rock wool materials) help reduce energy consumption, aligning with green building trends. Besides construction sites, they are also suitable for scenarios requiring rapid deployment of office space, such as temporary exhibitions and emergency command centers.

Fire Hazards and Preventive Measures

Despite their fireproof design, container houses still pose potential risks:

  1. Limited fire resistance: Some core panel materials (such as non-fire-rated polystyrene foam) are flammable and can spread fire rapidly. It is essential to strictly select Class A fireproof materials (such as rock wool and glass wool).
  2. Structural stability risks: Metal frames may deform under high temperatures, leading to house collapse. Ensuring high-quality frame welding and regular inspections is crucial.
  3. Narrow evacuation routes: The limited internal space of containers may result in insufficient corridor width. Rational layout planning is necessary to avoid blocking escape paths with clutter.
  4. Electrical fire hazards: Aging or overloaded circuits can cause fires. Leakage protection devices should be installed, and circuits should be regularly maintained.

Preventive recommendations: Prioritize selecting houses with fire certification and equip them with fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and other fire safety equipment. Strengthen daily management by prohibiting the use of open flames or high-power electrical appliances in the houses. Regularly organize fire drills to enhance personnel emergency response capabilities.
