Northeast Integrated Mobile Toilet

Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026

The Northeast Integrated Mobile Toilet is designed to address the characteristics of long and harsh winters in the region, featuring thermal insulation, high-quality materials, and customized services.

Thermal Insulation Design: In the cold winters of Northeast China, the thermal insulation performance of mobile toilets is crucial. For example, a Northeast customer customized an integrated gable-roof mobile toilet equipped with a movable lifting hook and using thermal-insulating metal carved panels as the front wall material, effectively reducing heat loss. Additionally, the mobile toilet must ensure normal operation in environments as cold as minus 30°C, preventing the freezing of internal water pipes and septic systems. This requires careful consideration of thermal insulation measures during design, such as adopting double-wall structures and increasing the thickness of insulation layers.

High-Quality Material Selection: In terms of materials, the steel structure of Northeast mobile toilets must undergo anti-corrosion treatment, such as hot-dip galvanizing or sandblasting and rust removal, to extend their service life. For wall panels, it is recommended to use corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, and thermally insulating metal carved panels. These materials not only provide good thermal insulation but also effectively withstand harsh weather conditions and human-induced damage. Furthermore, other components such as doors, windows, and roofs should also be made of cold-resistant and durable materials to ensure the overall stability and safety of the structure.

Customized Service Capability: Mobile toilets in Northeast China also need to have strong customization and service capabilities to meet the needs of different rural scenarios. This includes customization of internal layout, number of squatting positions, and sewage disposal methods. For example, mobile toilet products supplied in the Dalian area support processing and customization, adopting a reasonable squatting toilet structure with built-in squatting pans. They use plastic bags as carriers for feces, with a foot-operated valve driving the wheel hub to complete the sealed packaging of feces and the replacement of plastic bags, all without manual operation. This effectively avoids cross-infection and odor leakage. Such customized services not only enhance the practicality and comfort of mobile toilets but also meet the personalized needs of different users.
