North District Mobile Toilet Restroom

Admin 10 de octubre de 2026

Mobile toilet restrooms in the Beijing area are public facilities that exist as independent box structures, featuring immediate usability and no need to connect to fixed pipe networks.

Structural Composition

  • Frame Structure: This is the foundation of the mobile toilet, requiring overall stability and mobility. Commonly used materials are lightweight steel, which has high strength and is relatively light in weight, facilitating easy movement and installation.
  • Wall Materials: These must balance insulation, soundproofing, and privacy requirements. Common main materials for the box body include fiberglass or metal panels covered with an insulation sandwich layer. Fiberglass is composed of glass fiber-reinforced materials and a resin matrix, offering high strength, corrosion resistance, and ease of molding.
  • Sanitary Fixtures: Internal sanitary fixtures such as toilets and sinks should be selected based on durability and ease of cleaning.
  • Sewage and Storage Systems: These are key technical components, with two main treatment modes. The circulating water flushing type uses miniaturized water treatment and circulation devices to achieve limited reuse of water resources; the waterless packaging type uses biodegradable films to independently package excreta. The choice of mode is directly related to the water supply conditions, cleaning frequency, and environmental requirements at the facility deployment site.
  • Ventilation and Lighting Equipment: These are necessary components that provide a good usage environment for users.

Core Functional Units

These include toilets, flushing systems, sinks, wastewater storage tanks, and necessary ventilation and lighting devices, all working together in a limited space. The internal flushing systems often adopt water-saving designs, such as pneumatic assistance or vacuum technology; wastewater storage tanks are usually made of high-density polyethylene, which has good chemical stability and can prevent corrosion and leakage during storage.

Distribution and Convenience

Distribution is based on systematic scheduling using urban public space data and instantaneous pedestrian flow predictions. Fixed locations, such as city parks, determine positions based on daily pedestrian flow models. The core of enhancing convenience lies in spatial layout and site selection logic. Internal space design should consider barrier-free access requirements; maintaining hygiene standards relies on systematic maintenance management procedures, including cleaning and disinfection cycles, selection of dedicated cleaning agents, and logistical support processes.
