No-pipeline Portable Toilet

Admin 08 de octubre de 2026

A no-pipeline portable toilet is an environmentally friendly mobile toilet that operates without the need for connection to water supply and drainage pipes, achieving water conservation and resource recycling through waterless flushing, foam sealing, and other technologies.

I. Technical Types and Principles

  1. Waterless Flushing Ecological Toilets

    • Waterless Packaging Type: Utilizes packaging bags made of biodegradable film, mechanical devices, and fecal storage tanks. Excrement is automatically packaged and sealed by a traction device to prevent odor leakage, requiring no water source or pipes throughout the process.
    • Waterless Biological Treatment for Fertilizer Production Type: Equipped with a biochemical reactor containing biofillers that can be replenished periodically. Feces decompose and ferment under the action of microorganisms to produce humic organic fertilizer, while urine is treated and used as liquid fertilizer, achieving resource utilization.
    • Waterless Flushable Type: Uses a urine-feces separator to separate urine from feces. The collected urine is treated with special agents to form an odorless light blue liquid, which is then used as a flushing liquid in a循环 (circulating) manner; feces mixed with the flushing liquid turn into an odorless pulp-like fluid, reducing odor and pollution.
  2. Foam Sealing Water-saving Ecological Toilets
These toilets generate a large amount of foam using foaming liquid to replace water for flushing, achieving a water-saving rate of over 90%. The foam covers the surface of the toilet bowl to form a sealing layer, preventing odor diffusion while reducing the amount of flushing water used, eliminating the need for complex piping systems.

II. Application Scenarios
Due to their flexibility and environmental friendliness, no-pipeline portable toilets are widely used in the following scenarios:

  • Temporary Events: Such as entertainment performances, sports events, opening ceremonies, conferences, exhibitions, and mass gatherings, where they can be quickly deployed to meet short-term high-traffic demands.
  • Outdoor Venues: Including gardens, tourist attractions, parks, campsites, and other natural environments, avoiding damage to the original ecosystem and the cost of pipe installation.
  • Construction and Industrial Scenarios: On construction and decoration sites, temporary factories, and other areas, addressing the issue of dense personnel but inadequate infrastructure.

III. Core Advantages

  • Water Conservation and Environmental Protection: Waterless flushing or low-water technologies significantly reduce water consumption, with some types enabling the recycling of excrement.
  • No Need for Pipes: Free from the limitations of water supply and drainage pipes, adapting to scenarios without infrastructure or for temporary use.
  • Flexible Deployment: Modular design facilitates transportation and installation, enabling rapid response to different scenario demands.
  • Hygiene and Odor Control: Through sealed packaging, biological degradation, or foam coverage, effectively controlling odors and the spread of pathogens.
