Structure of No-Flush Mobile Toilets
The structure of no-flush mobile toilets mainly includes five core components: the main structure, excreta treatment system, modular and customized design, auxiliary systems, and mobility and transportation design.

The main structure serves as the foundational framework of no-flush mobile toilets. It typically employs a steel frame structure, with the base welded using channel steel or I-beams and the columns made of square steel, ensuring the overall structure is lightweight yet sufficiently strong. The exterior is covered with corrosion-resistant panels, such as color-coated steel sheets, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, or stainless steel, to adapt to different environmental requirements. Internally, it is equipped with a sewage storage tank, ventilation system, flushing alternatives (such as foot-operated or electric packing devices), and lighting equipment to ensure complete functionality.
The excreta treatment system is the core technology of no-flush mobile toilets, primarily including packing, biodegradation, circulation filtration with chemical treatment, and separation treatment technologies. The packing technology uses mechanical devices to seal excreta in biodegradable plastic bags for centralized collection and treatment. The biodegradation technology utilizes microbial strains to decompose excreta into water and carbon dioxide, achieving reduction and harmlessness. The circulation filtration with chemical treatment purifies the liquid portion for reuse in toilet flushing, while the solid portion is separated and stored. The separation treatment technology further processes urine with specialized chemicals to form odorless light blue flushing liquid, and processes feces through mixing, crushing, and sterilization to convert them into a pulp-like fluid.
Modular and customized design enables no-flush mobile toilets to be flexibly adjusted according to different application scenarios. Standardized components are prefabricated in factories and assembled on-site using snap-fit connections, eliminating the need for civil engineering work and significantly shortening the construction period. Additionally, capacity, exterior color, and additional equipment, such as sinks, shelves, and solar power systems, can be customized to meet diverse needs.
Auxiliary systems include a ventilation system, insulation/heating devices (applicable in cold regions), and smart features (available in some models). The ventilation system effectively prevents odor diffusion, enhancing the user experience. The insulation/heating devices ensure normal operation of the equipment in cold regions, preventing freeze damage. The smart features are equipped with sensors, overflow alarms, remote monitoring, etc., to improve management efficiency.
Mobility and transportation design focuses on lightweight yet durable structures and transportation convenience. Some models are equipped with mobility devices, such as lifting or towing structures, facilitating rapid deployment and withdrawal.
