Ningxia Flush Mobile Toilet

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The Ningxia flush mobile toilet is a portable sanitation facility specifically designed for scenic spots and villas, featuring water conservation, environmental protection, and easy deployment. It addresses the limitations of fixed toilet construction through modular structures and sealed treatment technologies.

I. Structural Composition and Functional Design
The facility centers around a box-like structure constructed from lightweight yet high-strength materials such as fiberglass or aluminum alloy, ensuring both transportation convenience and structural stability. The water storage system is divided into a clean water tank for flushing and a wastewater tank for temporary storage of waste. Some models are equipped with wastewater recycling devices that enable secondary water utilization through filtration and disinfection, reducing single-flush water consumption by 30%-50% compared to traditional toilets. The flushing system supports manual, foot-pedal, or sensor-activated triggering, with the sensor type automatically starting via infrared sensors to minimize contact contamination risks. The waste collection unit employs a double-sealed design, with an inner layer of high-density polyethylene container and an outer layer of odor-proof rubber ring, ensuring no leakage during transportation. The ventilation system combines natural convection with mechanical exhaust, featuring a non-powered wind cap on the top and low-noise exhaust fans on the sidewalls to maintain fresh indoor air.

II. Mobility and Ecological Adaptability
Mobility is achieved through two methods: the integral towing type is equipped with a retractable trailer frame and wear-resistant tires, allowing direct towing by vehicles to the target location; the modular assembly type divides the box body, water storage devices, etc., into standard units for quick on-site assembly with bolts, suitable for areas with complex geology or transportation restrictions. Deployment requires no foundation excavation, only hardened ground and anti-slip mats, shortening the construction period to 1-2 days and reducing damage to vegetation and soil. In response to Ningxia's arid climate, some models integrate rainwater collection modules that channel rainwater from the roof into the clean water tank via gutters, with water level sensors automatically controlling water replenishment to further reduce freshwater dependence.

III. Waste Treatment and Environmental Protection Technologies
The treatment process adopts a three-stage sealed flow: the first stage accelerates organic matter decomposition with biological agents; the second stage eliminates odors with chemical oxidants (such as hydrogen peroxide); and the third stage separates liquids into the wastewater tank and compresses solids for storage through physical separation. Some high-end models are equipped with microbial fuel cells that generate electricity from organic matter in the waste to power lighting or ventilation systems, achieving energy self-sufficiency. All treatment processes occur in a negative pressure environment, with activated carbon filters installed at exhaust outlets to ensure emitted gases comply with the "Emission Standard for Odor Pollutants" (GB 14554-93).

IV. Maintenance Management and Sustainability
Daily maintenance includes checking water levels and waste storage daily, cleaning ceramic surfaces and drains weekly, and replacing seals and filters monthly. Disinfection is carried out by spraying chlorine-based agents (with an effective chlorine concentration of 500mg/L), followed by rinsing with clean water after 30 minutes to prevent equipment corrosion from residues. Vulnerable components such as flush valves and float switches are designed with universality for quick replacement with spare parts in stock, with single maintenance times not exceeding 1 hour. In winter, the clean water tank must be emptied and antifreeze added to prevent pipeline freezing, ensuring stable operation of the facility in environments ranging from -20℃ to 40℃.
