Installation of Mobile Toilets at Ningbo Dock

Ningbo Meishan Dock has previously installed new-type mobile toilets, with the details as follows:

Installation Time and Entity

On the afternoon of January 22nd, two new-type mobile toilets were installed at Meishan Dock. These toilets were developed by Ningbo Water Dragon Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.

Installation Background

Previously, the small toilets originally equipped at Meishan Dock were frequently damaged and unable to function properly due to their coastal location, which subjected them to long-term exposure to natural elements such as wind, sun, and rain, as well as issues with the equipment and materials. This not only caused inconvenience to dock staff and passersby but also affected the overall image and environmental hygiene of the dock.

Development Process

The R&D team of Ningbo Water Dragon Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. fully considered the actual characteristics of the port dock and conducted on-site surveys of the original toilet locations. They engaged in in-depth discussions with relevant leaders and engineering department heads of Ningbo Port Group to understand the dock's needs and expectations regarding toilet functions, usage frequency, spatial layout, and other aspects. Based on this, they developed and manufactured this new-type mobile toilet.

Features of the New-Type Mobile Toilet

This new-type mobile toilet is made of FRP new composite material, which offers numerous advantages such as high strength, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance, enabling it to effectively withstand the harsh coastal environment and extend the toilet's service life. Meanwhile, the new-type mobile toilet achieves the goals of energy conservation, environmental protection, and convenience. In terms of energy conservation, it may adopt water-saving flushing equipment; in terms of environmental protection, it may be equipped with sewage treatment devices to reduce environmental pollution; and in terms of convenience, its integrated design facilitates installation, movement, and maintenance, allowing for quick deployment to meet the usage needs of dock personnel.

Follow-up Plans

If these two new-type mobile toilets perform well, Meishan Dock Company will consider installing more of these toilets on the premises to further enhance the dock's supporting facilities and provide better services to personnel.
