Introduction to New-Type Simple Mobile Toilet

Manufacturing Materials and Structure

• Main Material: The main manufacturing material is a water storage tank, which is split in half down the middle to serve as the main frame of the toilet.
• Moving Device: Universal wheels are fixed at the four corners of the wooden board to facilitate the movement of the entire toilet, allowing it to be flexibly adjusted according to actual needs.
• Height and Walls: Wooden strips and self-tapping screws are used to fix them on the upper side of the tank to increase the height. A doorway is opened on the side of the water storage tank, and sponge strips are installed to form a door frame. Plastic soft boards are embedded to create raised walls, which not only ensure the internal space of the toilet but also provide a certain degree of isolation and protection.
• Roof: The upper half of the water storage tank is placed on top of the wooden strips to form the roof. White waterproof paint is applied to the wooden strips to enhance their aesthetics and also play a waterproof role, extending the service life of the toilet.

Internal Facilities

• Door: A simple door is made by splicing foam strips with discarded honeycomb wooden boards, meeting the basic functions of opening, closing, and isolation.
• Drainage System: A hole is opened at the bottom of the tank to install a drainage pipe to form a floor drain. Holes are opened on the side and bottom of the plastic tank, and direct connectors are installed. The drainage pipe is connected to the sewage tank to ensure the smooth discharge of sewage.
• Water Facilities: A plastic tank is placed on the roof to form a small water storage device. A water pipe-made shower is connected. A tee is installed below the water inlet pipe and connected to a showerhead. A water pipe is horizontally connected to the tee of the water outlet pipe and extended to the doorway as the water inlet pipe for the handwashing basin, meeting people's cleaning needs after using the toilet.
• Toilet: A toilet is placed and a water tank is installed. The toilet is fixed with glass glue to ensure its stability and tightness.
