Standard Equipment for New Model Mobile Toilets
The standard equipment for new model mobile toilets is designed around the core needs of 'hygiene, convenience, and durability', mainly including four modules: core sanitary fixtures, environmental control systems, water supply and drainage and power systems, and structural components and accessories. Specific configurations vary depending on usage, grade, and price.

Core sanitary fixtures are the basic functional units of mobile toilets. Toilets typically use ceramic squat toilets or sit-down toilets, with high-end products equipped with stainless steel toilets and foot-operated or sensor-operated flush valves to reduce contact contamination. The handwashing system includes ceramic or stainless steel sinks, push-type or sensor-operated faucets, and water storage tanks, with some products also adding auxiliary accessories such as mirrors, coat hooks, and storage shelves. For special needs, high-specification toilets are equipped with child safety seats, child toilet seats, or barrier-free facilities (such as handrails and low-position handwashing basins) to enhance usability.
Environmental control systems ensure internal comfort in toilets. The ventilation system achieves air circulation through 20-50 watt high-power exhaust fans, with some products adopting dual exhaust designs to enhance effectiveness; the lighting system primarily uses 5-15 watt LED energy-saving lights and is equipped with emergency lights for sudden power outages. The temperature control system is configured according to climate differences: cold regions use insulation materials, electric heaters, or warm air blowers, while hot regions install ventilation skylights or small air conditioners to ensure a comfortable internal temperature.
Water supply and drainage and power systems are key supports for the operation of mobile toilets. The water supply system is divided into self-contained tank types (with capacities of 100-300 liters) and external water source types, while the sewage system includes traditional sewage tanks (200-500 liters) and modern environmentally friendly types (such as foam sealing and microbial degradation technologies). The power system supports 220V mains power access or is powered by built-in batteries (such as 12V/100Ah) and solar panels to meet the power needs of different scenarios. Some high-end products adopt waterless flush microbial degradation technology, eliminating the need for sewage pipeline laying and allowing for more flexible site selection.
Structural components and accessories determine the durability and safety of toilets. The door lock and indication system includes internal safety door locks and external 'occupied/unoccupied' indication locks or LED displays; wall panels are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), fiberglass, or colored steel plates, with non-slip floors or fiberglass floor grilles laid on the ground to ensure structural stability and ease of cleaning. Barrier-free restrooms must meet specifications such as wheelchair turning space, reflecting humanized design.
