Neijiang Prefabricated Mobile Toilet

Admin 19 de octubre de 2026

Neijiang prefabricated mobile toilets mainly come in two types: frame-structured and container-finished toilets, each with distinct features and wide applications.

Frame-Structured Mobile Toilets

These mobile toilets are constructed with a frame structure made of welded steel. The base is welded using channel steel or I-beams, while the columns are made of square steel, providing a sturdy support for the entire toilet. For the wall foundation, various wall materials can be installed, such as color-coated steel plates, fiberglass, stainless steel, and metal carved panels. These materials not only offer different aesthetic effects but also meet the usage requirements in different environments. For example, color-coated steel plates are relatively inexpensive and easy to install, while stainless steel is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.

Frame-structured mobile toilets have numerous advantages. High mobility: Due to their relatively light overall structure and modular design, they can be easily transported and reinstalled between different locations. Combinability: Multiple toilet modules can be combined according to actual needs to form toilet clusters of different sizes, meeting the usage requirements of large-scale events or venues. Convenient transportation: During transportation, each module can be disassembled and transported separately, and then assembled upon arrival at the destination, significantly reducing transportation costs and difficulties. This type of toilet is suitable for various public places such as stations, docks, and tourist attractions, providing convenient toilet services for people.

Container-Finished Toilets

Container-finished toilets feature a container-modular steel structure as their main body, offering unique advantages. They are manufactured through full prefabrication in factories and assembled as complete units, allowing for finished product delivery and zero on-site construction. They only require hoisting, landing, and connection to water and electricity for quick commissioning. This production method greatly shortens the construction cycle and improves construction efficiency.

They combine the advantages of container houses, such as structural stability, mobility, and reusability, with the full-function integration attributes of finished toilets. Structural stability ensures their safety in various environments, while mobility and reusability allow for flexible allocation and use according to different needs, reducing usage costs. Meanwhile, as finished toilets, they integrate various necessary facilities such as lighting, ventilation, and water supply and drainage, providing comprehensive functions. Currently, container-finished toilets are the mainstream upgraded products for temporary construction, cultural tourism, and emergency scenarios. Moreover, they must meet multiple environmental standards, such as anti-seepage and waterproofing, compliant pollutant discharge, water conservation and environmental protection, fire prevention and electrical safety, and compliance with land and planning regulations, ensuring minimal environmental impact during use.
