I. Enterprises Providing Container House Services

1. Zhejiang Changda Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd.: Located in Nanhu District, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, it mainly deals in products such as mobile homes, movable panel houses, container mobile homes, and light steel structure houses, offering sales, leasing, and installation services. It has won customer praise with its professional skills, honest business practices, and innovative spirit.
2. Jiaxing Jiayu Container Sales Co., Ltd.: Established in 2019, it is located in Dongzha Street, Nanhu District. Its business scope includes the sales and leasing of containers and the sales and installation of mobile homes. It is a limited liability company (solely owned by a natural person).
3. Jiaxing Chuangyi Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd.: In addition to steel structure engineering and other businesses, it also engages in container leasing. Its registered address is in Daqiao Town, Nanhu District, and it had 3 insured employees in 2024.
4. Jiaxing Kunpeng Steel Structure Co., Ltd.: Established in 2020, it is located on Dongsheng East Road, Nanhu District. Its business areas include container leasing services and container sales. It is a limited liability company solely owned by a natural person.

II. Government Supervision and Rectification of Container Houses

1. Xiangjiadang Cycling Station Container House Procurement and Installation Project: Zhejiang Guohua Engineering Management Co., Ltd. was commissioned by Jiaxing Xiangcheng Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to conduct a public tender for the procurement and installation project of container houses for the Xiangjiadang Cycling Station, including the procurement, installation, and subsequent maintenance services of 2 combined container houses and 2 bicycle sheds, with an estimated cost of about 570,000 yuan.
2. Rectification Action against Illegal Containers: The Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment of Daqiao Town, Nanhu District, found large containers illegally placed on both sides of Wanxing Road during patrols. There was a phenomenon of "three-in-one" accommodation (living, production, and storage in the same place), posing fire and traffic hazards and encroaching on public space. The law enforcement officers took immediate action, clearing 12 containers and evacuating 9 people. They will establish a long-term mechanism to strengthen patrols and control in the future.
