Movable Toilet Structure

Admin 23 de septiembre de 2026

The structure of movable toilets varies depending on the design, with the following two typical construction methods:

The first construction method is based on a plastic bucket:

  1. Frame construction: Install four universal wheels at the corners of a wooden board, fix and cut wooden strips to form a door frame structure, embed aluminum sheets to increase the frame height, cover the top with the cut neck part, and paint the inner walls with white cement to beautify the appearance.
  2. Door panel assembly: Fix the door panel to the door frame with butt hinges to ensure flexible opening and closing.
  3. Drainage system: Drill small circular holes at the bottom of the bucket, install elbows and floor drains, place the processed plastic bucket into the reserved opening on the top cover, assemble a "日"-shaped structure with three-way straight pipes and elbows, and add a valve switch to control the water flow.
  4. Water outlet and showerhead: Drill holes to connect to the water outlet, install a showerhead clip to ensure ease of use.
  5. Water tank and pipes: Assemble the toilet water tank, connect the sewage pipe to the septic tank to complete the overall drainage cycle.

The second construction method utilizes a water storage tank and a pallet:

  1. Mobile base: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet for easy movement.
  2. Water storage tank processing: Place the water storage tank and cut the top to form an open tank, stack two open-top water storage tanks upside down, and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws to enhance structural stability.
  3. Doorway and interior: Cut out a rectangular opening to form a doorway, drill a hole in the interior floor, insert an elbow and connect it to a water pipe for sealing to prevent water leakage.
  4. Toilet installation: Place the toilet and fix it with glue to ensure a tight connection to the floor.
  5. Water system: Fix water pipes on the wall with clips and install a faucet, connect a pipe cap and a drain pipe below, make a hand-washing basin with a stainless steel basin and fix it on the pipe cap to realize the hand-washing function.
  6. Showerhead and toilet accessories: Connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet water tank and the shower hose, install a showerhead bracket and a toilet seat to improve comfort.
  7. Door making: Make a door with wooden boards and hinges and install a door handle to complete the overall enclosed structure.

Both construction methods focus on functionality and mobility, enabling quick assembly and disassembly through modular design, suitable for temporary venues or outdoor environments.
