Movable Environmental Protection Toilet System

Admin 27 de septiembre de 2026

The relevant systems for movable environmental protection toilets mainly include two aspects: management plans and layout specifications. The specific content is as follows:

Management Plans:

  1. Daily Cleaning and Maintenance: The toilets need to be flushed and cleaned daily to keep the interior clean and tidy and prevent the generation of odors.
  2. Usage Regulations: Clearly stipulate the requirements of "defecating in the pit, urinating in the pool, and putting waste paper in the basket". Random excretion inside construction site buildings is prohibited, and violators will be punished.
  3. Hygiene and Disease Prevention: Regularly spray anti-fly and anti-insect drugs to reduce the risk of disease transmission. Implement a dedicated person responsibility system, and the civilized construction site leading group of the project department regularly inspects hygiene and usage conditions.

Layout Specifications:

  1. Location and Quantity: Calculate the number of toilet stalls based on pedestrian density. For large-scale events, at least one toilet stall should be set up for every 50-100 people, with a spacing of no more than 100 meters. For small construction sites or markets, one mobile toilet should be configured for every 200 square meters.
  2. Facility Configuration: The interior adopts an odor-proof design and is equipped with anti-slip floor tiles and handrails. Obvious signs are posted on the exterior, and reflective strips are installed at night. The water consumption per use of a water-flush toilet is ≤ 3 liters, and dry toilets need to be cleared and transported once every 24 hours.
  3. Site Selection Requirements: Avoid low-lying and flood-prone areas, and keep at least 5 meters away from dining areas and drinking water sources. For construction areas, choose hardened ground and set up fences and green belts around it for isolation. Toilets in scenic spots should be hidden among trees or flower beds to reduce damage to the landscape.
  4. Rental Services: Regular rental companies provide a full range of services including surveying, installation, operation and maintenance, clearance and transportation, and restoration, and are equipped with professional teams for daily inspections.
  5. Compliance and Acceptance: The toilets must comply with the "Standards for the Layout of Urban Environmental Sanitation Facilities" and provide quality inspection reports. Rental units must have environmental protection filing qualifications, and wastewater discharge must meet standards. During the event, dedicated personnel should be arranged to guide, and disinfection and sterilization should be carried out after the event.

Requirements for Special Regions (Taking Yingtan as an Example): The site selection should be close to areas with high pedestrian density, no more than 50 meters away from the main venue, and avoid low-lying or pipeline-dense areas. One toilet stall should be provided for every 30-50 people, with a male-to-female toilet stall ratio of 1:1.5. For large-scale events, barrier-free toilet stalls and母婴室 (nursing rooms) should be added. Sewage discharge should use environmental protection equipment and comply with Yingtan's discharge standards.
