Monolithic Structure Mobile Toilet Installation
Admin 01 de octubre de 2026
The installation of monolithic structure mobile toilets should follow standardized procedures, taking targeted measures based on site conditions and seasonal characteristics (especially in winter) to ensure stable operation and service life of the equipment.

I. Pre-installation Preparation
- Site Planning
- Avoid low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, high-voltage lines, and obstacles to ensure a flat site; measure site dimensions to ensure the width of access passages is ≥1.2 meters and reserve operating space.
- In winter, check the ground slope (0.5%-1%) to prevent water accumulation and icing; lay gravel or a concrete foundation to enhance stability.
- Material Inspection
- Verify that the toilet model and accessories (such as washbasins and sewage pipes) are complete, and check for no damage to the exterior and intact internal facilities.
- In winter, confirm that the equipment is freeze-proof (e.g., with a double-layer insulation structure) and equipped with heating functions (electric heating or fuel heating).
- Tools and Personnel
- Equip with tools such as wrenches and spirit levels, arrange 2-3 professional personnel, and use a crane for handling if necessary.
- In winter, check the power supply interface (independent distribution box), wrap the drainage pipes with insulation layers, or ensure the buried depth is ≥ the local frost depth.
II. On-site Installation Steps
- Foundation Fixation
- Hoist the toilet body to the designated position, adjust it to be level with a spirit level (deviation ≤3mm), and fix it with expansion bolts or concrete pouring.
- In winter, use concrete pouring for fixation to prevent displacement due to low-temperature shrinkage or strong winds.
- Water and Electricity Connection
- Connect the sewage pipe to the sewer or sewage collection tank with a slope ≥2%; in winter, wrap it with insulation cotton (thickness ≥5cm) and install a freeze-proof valve at the end.
- Connect to the water source (water pipe ≥DN20) and test the flushing function and drainage tightness.
- Detail Refinement
- Install door curtains and anti-slip mats, check the flexibility of door locks and flush buttons; clean and disinfect the interior and place consumables such as toilet paper.
- In winter, check the heating system daily to prevent icing inside the equipment.
III. Post-installation Acceptance
- Function Testing
- Flush continuously 3 times to confirm smooth drainage; step on the top of the equipment to test its load-bearing stability.
- In winter, additionally test the heating system (e.g., whether the electric heating device works properly).
- Delivery Documents
- Provide an Equipment Installation Acceptance Form, indicating the installation date, warranty period, and usage instructions (emphasizing freeze-proof maintenance points in winter).
IV. Precautions
- Safety Regulations: Wear safety harnesses for high-altitude work; prohibit installation in windy (≥5-level) or low-temperature (≤-5°C) weather; keep away from fire sources and prohibit smoking.
- Winter Maintenance: Clear snow and ice residue daily, check the tightness of the water tank; avoid blocking the ventilation openings and contact for handling immediately if abnormalities are found.
