Monolithic Packaged Mobile Toilet Materials

Admin 08 de octubre de 2026

The main materials of monolithic packaged mobile toilets include the main frame, toilet fixture shell, internal transmission machinery, wall materials, floor materials, and packaging bags, as detailed below:

The main frame serves as the supporting structure of the monolithic packaged mobile toilet, often made of stainless steel. Stainless steel is notably corrosion-resistant and strong, effectively withstanding natural elements such as rain and ultraviolet rays in outdoor environments, resisting rust, and offering a long service life. Additionally, its smooth surface facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance, ensuring a consistently good appearance and hygiene.

The toilet fixture shell is formed through one-time stamping of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand various pressures and impacts during daily use, making it durable and resistant to damage and deformation.

The internal transmission machinery is molded from ABS engineering plastic. ABS engineering plastic exhibits excellent resistance to corrosion, moisture, acids, alkalis, salt spray, and mold, enabling stable operation in the relatively humid environment of the toilet where it may come into contact with various chemicals, minimizing malfunctions and ensuring the normal use of the packaged mobile toilet.

Wall materials typically consist of eco-friendly composite panels, such as melamine-impregnated paper laminated panels or PVC panels. These materials are waterproof, moisture-resistant, and wear-resistant, effectively preventing water penetration and protecting the internal structure of the toilet. Moreover, they have low formaldehyde emissions, meeting environmental standards and posing no harm to human health. Some high-end products also use recyclable reclaimed panels, further reflecting an eco-friendly philosophy.

Floor materials usually employ anti-slip and wear-resistant eco-friendly resins or marble-patterned panels. The anti-slip properties ensure user safety, preventing slips and falls in the toilet, while the wear-resistant characteristics enable the floor to withstand frequent use and friction, extending its service life. Furthermore, these materials are easy to clean, facilitating the maintenance of toilet hygiene. Some products also incorporate natural stone or bamboo-wood decorations, reducing the use of chemical coatings and promoting environmental health.

Packaging bags are made of degradable film for packaging feces. This degradable material gradually decomposes in the natural environment, causing no long-term pollution and aligning with sustainable development requirements.
