Monolithic Finished Mobile Toilet

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

A monolithic finished mobile toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and set up in fixed or temporary locations to provide toilet services for the public and customers. It belongs to the category of monolithic structure mobile toilets.

I. Applicable Scenarios
Due to its flexibility and convenience, the monolithic finished mobile toilet is mainly suitable for construction sites, work units, and other locations. Construction sites have long construction periods and high personnel turnover. The construction cost of traditional fixed toilets is high, and they are difficult to relocate with the progress of the project. In contrast, the monolithic finished mobile toilet can be adjusted in position according to the construction area to meet dynamic needs. When work units hold temporary events (such as exhibitions and celebrations) or respond to sudden demands (such as emergency maintenance and temporary office work), this facility can also be quickly deployed to avoid affecting normal operations due to a shortage of toilets.

II. Structure and Materials
This facility adopts a monolithic structural design, with strong integrity, facilitating overall lifting or transportation. Its walls are made of 5-centimeter-thick purification panels, which have high hardness, corrosion resistance, fire and moisture resistance, and can effectively withstand wear and tear in construction site or outdoor environments, extending the service life. It is internally equipped with a complete set of squat toilets, including toilet bowls and flushing systems. After being placed, it only needs to be connected to water and electricity supplies to be put into use, without the need for additional decoration or installation, greatly shortening the deployment time.

III. Component Parts
The monolithic finished mobile toilet has a modular and functionally complete composition, mainly including:

  1. Fecal treatment system: Equipped with a fecal sewage storage tank or disposal device, it can choose to store and then centrally treat or purify and discharge on-site according to needs, avoiding environmental pollution.
  2. Basic structure: The floor is made of anti-slip and easy-to-clean materials to ensure safety during use; the walls and roof form a closed space, providing privacy protection and isolating odors.
  3. Sanitary facilities: In addition to squat toilets, some models are also equipped with washing facilities (such as sinks) and water tanks (for storing flushing water) to enhance convenience of use.
  4. Mobile device: The bottom is designed with a lifting structure or wheeled device, facilitating overall relocation through forklifts, cranes, and other equipment to adapt to different scenarios.

IV. Classification
According to the structural form, mobile toilets are divided into two categories: monolithic structures and composite structures. The monolithic finished mobile toilet belongs to the former, characterized by independent unit design, simple structure, and low cost; while composite structure mobile toilets are usually composed of multiple monolithic units and are suitable for scenarios with higher pedestrian traffic or complex functional requirements.
