Molded Mobile Toilet
Molded mobile toilets feature integrated structures, water-saving efficiency, and sealed, leak-proof septic tanks.

In terms of structure, there are mobile toilets with a molded, integrated design. For example, the mobile toilets produced by Junhan Mobile Toilet Manufacturer feature an overall molded shell paired with a reinforced chassis. This integrated design makes the toilet structure more stable, better suited to different usage environments and transportation requirements, reduces potential damage and malfunctions caused by loose component connections, and enhances the service life and reliability of the mobile toilet.
Regarding water-saving performance, molded mobile toilets excel. They are equipped with vacuum squat toilets that use pneumatic flushing, requiring only 1 liter of water per flush—saving 80% compared to regular toilets. This feature is particularly significant in today's context of increasingly scarce water resources, especially suitable for water-scarce regions or venues with strict water usage restrictions, such as large outdoor event sites and temporary construction sites in remote areas. It meets people's toilet needs while effectively conserving water.
Some molded mobile toilets also feature unique septic tank designs. Take, for example, the 1.5-cubic-meter injection-molded mobile toilet in Yangquan, Shanxi. Its three-chamber septic tank is injection-molded from polyethylene (or polypropylene), with an effective volume of ≥1.5m³ and a chamber ratio of 2:1:3. This design facilitates harmless treatment and sediment decomposition of waste, improving processing efficiency. Meanwhile, with a wall thickness of ≥3mm and sealed materials added at the connection points between the upper and lower tanks, it effectively prevents leakage and avoids environmental pollution. The cover material is also polyethylene (or polypropylene), with an inspection port diameter of ≥Ф200mm and a cleaning port diameter of ≥Ф300mm, both located at the top of the three chambers for easy opening and cleaning of waste residue and liquid. The tank connections are sealed with rubber or other sealing materials, ensuring no leakage after assembly. The partitions are required to be whole-piece with buckles to prevent deformation and leakage, provide support, and come with other necessary sealing rings, further ensuring the septic tank's sealing and stability.
