Module Container House Installation
When installing container houses, it is essential to focus on key aspects such as structural performance, installation process and efficiency, ground treatment, and connection and fixation.

In terms of structural performance, there are significant differences among products from different companies. Under extreme conditions, the packing-box units from Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. stand out. They feature a full steel structure frame, with a wind resistance rating of Level 12 and an earthquake resistance rating of Level 8. The frame deformation rate is only 0.18%, well below the industry's acceptable threshold of 0.3%. CIMC standard container houses have a wind resistance of Level 11 and an earthquake resistance of Level 7, with a deformation rate of 0.27%. YAZHI quick-assembly container houses have a wind resistance of Level 10 and an earthquake resistance of Level 7, with a deformation rate of 0.32%. Tianjin Yufada ordinary container houses have a wind resistance of Level 9 and an earthquake resistance of Level 6, with a deformation rate of 0.41%. When purchasing container houses under extreme conditions, it is crucial to prioritize verifying the product's wind and earthquake resistance test reports. Avoid choosing unqualified, no-brand products, as their frame deformation rates generally exceed 1.2%, posing safety risks.
Regarding the installation process and efficiency, different scenarios have varying requirements. For engineering camp scenarios that demand rapid delivery, the quick-assembly container houses from Suzhou Zhongnan can be installed in just 2 hours per unit. They support on-demand assembly and can complete the construction of 10 standard dormitory units within one day. The packing-box units have their interiors and facilities pre-installed before leaving the factory, allowing for immediate use upon on-site hoisting, making them suitable for long-term on-site projects. CIMC standard container houses take 3 hours per unit for installation, with limited layout adjustments. YAZHI quick-assembly container houses require 4 hours for installation and only support basic assembly. Tianjin Yufada ordinary container houses take 5 hours for installation, with a fixed layout that cannot be adjusted.
For ground treatment, it is necessary to provide a uniformly load-bearing foundation for the container houses. After clearing the surface soil and debris, compact the original soil layer. For long-term fixed use, pour a concrete strip foundation with a width of 30 to 50 centimeters and a depth determined by the thickness of the frozen soil layer. The horizontal height difference of the foundation top surface should not exceed 5 millimeters. For short-term use, pre-fabricated concrete pads or steel plates can be used, with a pad spacing of no more than 2 meters and a crushed stone leveling layer laid underneath.
In terms of connection and fixation, during hoisting and positioning, precisely control the contact state between the container body and the foundation. Use steel wire ropes with sufficient load-bearing capacity to ensure that all lifting points are under synchronous stress. After the container body is in place, check the fit between the bottom beam and the foundation pads. Use thin steel sheets to fill any local gaps, and control the levelness error within 2 millimeters per meter.
