Mobile Water Flush Toilet

Admin 23 de septiembre de 2026

The mobile water flush toilet is a type of mobile toilet, classified as a water-flush type based on sewage treatment methods.

I. Basic Components
The mobile water flush toilet consists of core components such as a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor panels, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Its frame is typically welded from national standard steel, with the surface covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels, ensuring a stable structure and a service life of over 20 years. Internally, it is equipped with an independent toilet pit partition treatment system: the urine channel utilizes a gravity self-flow design, while the feces channel achieves automatic cleaning through a piston-type scraper mechanical device. It is also equipped with a non-slip floor, automatic flushing toilet bowls, and a ventilation and lighting system, all conforming to the GBLT18091-92 standard.

II. Water-Saving and Environmental Protection Technologies
Some models adopt intelligent water-saving designs, automatically collecting hand-washing water and adding special agents to achieve a flushing effect with only 0.46 liters of water per person, significantly reducing water consumption. Recirculating water-flush mobile public toilets are further equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment devices, adding biological strains and utilizing biofilm technology to accelerate fecal decomposition. The treated water can be recirculated for flushing, forming a closed-loop system and reducing sewage discharge.

III. Core Advantages

  1. Mobility: Through modular design, it can be quickly disassembled and transported to temporary or fixed locations such as train stations, docks, tourist attractions, and large construction sites, meeting emergency needs in densely populated areas.
  2. Environmental Friendliness: Water-flush treatment reduces odor diffusion, and biological treatment technology reduces reliance on municipal sewage networks, aligning with green building concepts.
  3. Durability: The combination of anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials with a steel frame enables it to withstand harsh environments and remain undamaged over long-term use.

IV. Application Scenarios
It is suitable for short-term events (such as exhibitions, music festivals), long-term construction projects (such as construction sites), and areas with insufficient public facilities (such as remote scenic spots, temporary disaster areas). Its flexible deployment effectively addresses the issues of strong fixedness and long construction periods associated with traditional toilets, making it an important supporting facility in modern urban management.
