Mobile Toilets in Theaters

Admin 07 de octubre de 2026

Mobile toilets in theaters are designed to meet the toilet needs of a large number of people in a short period of time. They are characterized by mobility, modularity, and ease of transportation. Their design follows specific principles and can be customized according to requirements.

Composition and Structure

Mobile toilets generally consist of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Their structure is modular, with individual units formed integrally from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), making them lightweight and impact-resistant. Forklift slots are provided at the bottom, and the connecting components are designed with snap-on features, allowing multiple units to be combined side by side without tools, facilitating rapid deployment and removal.

Excreta Treatment and Odor Control

The "waterless collection" technology is employed, relying on gravity or vacuum suction to direct excreta into sealed sewage storage tanks. These tanks have double-layer anti-corrosion coatings and anti-leakage valves to ensure no odor or liquid overflow. Additionally, a dual mechanism of "chemical blocking + physical filtration" is used for odor control. Biological enzyme degradants are pre-injected into the sewage storage tanks to decompose organic matter in excreta, reducing odor production. Activated carbon filtration devices are installed on the top of the toilets to adsorb odor molecules in the air. Some devices are also equipped with ultraviolet lamps to kill bacteria, further improving air quality.

Customized Design

Mobile toilets can be customized according to specific needs, including appearance style, color, interior decoration, and squatting position layout, without being restricted by terrain. For example, some mobile toilets use metal carved panels for their exterior material, with a gray color scheme. The front wall is designed with frosted glass, and the central area is equipped with a public washing area and makeup mirrors. The men's toilet area is equipped with urinals and independent squatting positions, meeting both practical functions and aesthetic appeal.
