Incident Details: At that time, the woman entered the mobile toilet to relieve herself. While she was comfortably using the toilet and looking at her phone, the vehicle suddenly started and carried away the mobile toilet with her inside. The woman felt the violent shaking of the toilet and pounded on the door for help, but the roar of the lifting equipment completely drowned out her voice.

Causes:

• Driver's Negligence: The driver of the transport vehicle did not carefully check and ensure that there was no one inside the mobile toilet when loading the cargo. This was the direct cause of the incident.
• Lax Management: The management of the mobile toilet was too lax on a daily basis. There was no comprehensive inspection mechanism in place. For example, no one checked whether there was anyone inside the toilet after each use, or no obvious warning signs were set up, leaving the woman without necessary safety guarantees during use.

• On the Woman: She experienced a terrifying journey on the highway, suffering significant physical and psychological trauma. She might develop a phobia of mobile toilets in the future and be reluctant to use them easily.

• Driver's Liability: The driver of the transport vehicle is required to bear legal responsibility. According to Article 55 of the 'Regulations on the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law', the cargo compartment of a freight vehicle shall not carry passengers. According to Article 92 of the 'Road Traffic Safety Law', if a freight motor vehicle carries passengers in violation of regulations, six points will be deducted, and a fine ranging from 500 yuan to 2,000 yuan will be imposed.
