Mobile Toilet with Installation

Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilets must follow standardized procedures, covering pre-installation preparations, on-site implementation, post-installation inspection and handover, as well as safety precautions. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Pre-Installation Preparations

  1. Site Survey and Planning: Confirm the installation location in advance, avoiding low-lying areas prone to waterlogging, high-voltage power lines, and obstacles. Measure the site dimensions to ensure the toilet access passage width is ≥1.2 meters and reserve operational space.
  2. Material Inventory and Inspection: Verify the quantity, model, and accessories of the mobile toilets (such as sinks, flushing mechanisms, sewage pipes, etc.). Check that the equipment has no external damage and that internal facilities are intact to prevent installation delays due to missing or damaged materials.
  3. Tool and Personnel Preparation: Equip tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and spirit levels. Arrange 2-3 professional installers and coordinate lifting equipment like cranes if necessary to ensure installation efficiency and safety.

II. On-Site Installation Steps

  1. Foundation Fixing: Hoist the toilet unit to the designated location and use a spirit level to adjust it for stability, with a deviation not exceeding 3mm. Secure the unit with expansion bolts or counterweights to prevent tipping.
  2. Water and Electricity Connection and Testing: Connect the sewage pipe to the nearest sewer or designated collection tank, ensuring a pipe slope of ≥2%. Connect the water supply (recommended ≥DN20 pipe) and test the flushing function and drainage seal to prevent leaks or blockages.
  3. Detail Inspection and Cleaning: Install accessories such as door curtains and anti-slip mats. Check that door locks and flush buttons operate smoothly. Clean and disinfect the interior, place air fresheners and toilet paper, and enhance the user experience.

III. Post-Installation Inspection and Handover

  1. Function Testing Checklist: Include flush testing (press the flush button three times consecutively to ensure smooth drainage without blockages) and load testing (evenly step on the top of the unit to check structural stability) to ensure proper operation.
  2. Handover Document Confirmation: Provide the client with an Equipment Installation Inspection Form, specifying the installation date, warranty period, and usage instructions, clarifying responsibilities and subsequent maintenance requirements for both parties.

IV. Precautions and Safety Regulations

  1. Installation Safety Requirements: Wear safety harnesses during high-altitude work and prohibit installation in windy conditions (≥Force 5). Keep away from fire sources and prohibit smoking or using open-flame equipment inside the toilet to prevent fire risks.
  2. Construction Site Management: Demarcate the construction area and set up warning signs to prevent unauthorized access. Ensure adequate lighting for night work and install reflective strips to enhance visibility, ensuring construction safety.
