Mobile Toilet Windproof Fixing Accessories

Admin 01 de octubre de 2026

Mobile toilet windproof fixing accessories mainly include ground anchors, windproof guy wires, windproof door stops, windproof door blocks, and door plugs, etc. When combined with site selection and structural reinforcement measures, they can effectively enhance wind resistance.

I. Basic Site Selection and Fixing Accessories

Mobile toilets should be placed in flat areas, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation or areas directly exposed to strong winds. After positioning the equipment, use professional ground anchors to secure it, firmly connecting the bottom of the equipment to the ground with expansion screws, or use weighted sandbags to enhance stability. It is recommended to set up 4 fixing points for each piece of equipment to ensure even force distribution at the bottom. Ground anchors are typically made of high-strength steel, capable of withstanding strong wind forces and preventing equipment from tipping over.

II. Structural Reinforcement Accessories

  1. Windproof Guy Wires: Install diagonal guy wires at the top of the equipment, forming a triangular support structure with ground fixing points to disperse the impact of wind forces on the equipment. The guy wires should be made of high-tensile-strength steel wire ropes and equipped with tighteners to adjust the tension, ensuring stable support.
  2. Door and Window Sealing Accessories: Check the sealing of doors and windows, ensuring that locks are tightly engaged when closed. Fill gaps with windproof rubber strips to reduce structural vibrations caused by wind infiltration. The rubber strips should have aging resistance and good elasticity to adapt to long-term outdoor use.

III. Specialized Windproof Door Accessories

  1. Windproof Door Stops: Such as stainless steel strong magnetic door stops or non-drilling windproof floor stops, which use magnetic force or mechanical catches to secure toilet doors, preventing door shaking or damage caused by strong winds. Door stops should be installed at the contact points between the door frame and the ground to ensure sufficient suction force to resist wind pressure.
  2. Windproof Door Blocks and Door Plugs: Such as rubber door plugs or movable door wedges, which can assist in securing the door body and preventing it from being blown open by the wind. Door blocks should be selected according to the size of the door gap to ensure a tight fit and avoid leaving gaps.

IV. Daily Inspection and Emergency Response

Before leasing, inspect the equipment for rust or loose components, focusing on connection points such as screws and hinges, and promptly replace aging accessories. Before extreme weather conditions, reinforce exposed pipelines, close ventilation openings, and cover the top of the equipment with a windproof cover to reduce wind resistance. In case of sudden strong winds, immediately evacuate surrounding personnel, cut off the power supply, and use temporary guy wires or sandbags to further secure the equipment and prevent tipping over.
