Mobile Toilet Waterproofing Case

Admin 10 de octubre de 2026

For mobile toilet waterproofing, reference can be made to the three-layer waterproofing process of Jiahe booth, which achieves all-round protection through physical barriers, dynamic sealing, and intelligent monitoring. The specific technical solution is as follows:

First Layer: Structural Waterproof Armor
This process takes a 304 stainless steel integral welded frame as its core, achieving basic waterproofing through physical structure. High-molecular sealant is injected into the frame joints to form a continuous, uninterrupted waterproof layer that can withstand deformation pressure during long-term use. The outer shell combines metal carved panels with real stone paint coating. The water-repellent property of real stone paint effectively repels rainwater, while the three-dimensional structure of the metal carved panels accelerates water flow diversion, preventing water accumulation and penetration. After actual testing, this structure can still withstand heavy rain after ten years of use, and the Mongolian pattern art design takes into account both cultural aesthetics and functional requirements.

Second Layer: Dynamic Sealing Technology
In response to the frequent disassembly and assembly characteristics of mobile toilets, a 'water-vapor dual-blocking' process is adopted:

  1. Drainage System Sealing: The drainage pipes are connected using spiral-type clamps with silicone expansion rings embedded inside. When the pipes shift due to transportation bumps or temperature changes, the silicone rings automatically fill the gaps through elastic deformation to ensure sealing.
  2. Floor Drain Anti-Seepage Design: The floor drain is equipped with a negative pressure drainage device that utilizes air pressure differences to accelerate water flow drainage, reducing water accumulation time. Paired with a 0.5-liter water-saving system, it reduces leakage risks by decreasing water usage. This combination blocks water vapor intrusion paths at the source.

Third Layer: Intelligent Monitoring Defense Line
Through technological means, proactive waterproof maintenance is achieved:

  1. Humidity Warning System: Humidity sensors are buried beneath the hidden waterproof layer to monitor the moisture content inside the wall in real-time. When the humidity exceeds the safety threshold, the system sends maintenance alerts through a mobile app for timely inspection and repair.
  2. Extreme Environment Adaptation: Aerospace-grade sealing strips are used at the joints between the tempered glass curtain wall and the wall. This material maintains elasticity within a temperature range of -30°C to 50°C, preventing sealing failure due to thermal expansion and contraction and completely eliminating the risk of condensation water penetration.

This process covers the waterproofing needs of mobile toilets throughout their entire lifecycle, from manufacturing to use, through a 'structure-connection-monitoring' three-tier system, providing a replicable technical model for the industry.
