Mobile Toilet Waterproof Base Plate

Admin 06 de octubre de 2026

The common materials for the waterproof base plate of mobile toilets are fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), and it may also use PVC panels or honeycomb panels, depending on specific needs.

FRP is a relatively commonly used material for the waterproof base plate of mobile toilets. Mobile toilets made of FRP use mold-formed colored reinforced FRP bases and wall panels. This material has many excellent characteristics. Its surface is smooth and flat, which not only facilitates cleaning but also reduces the adhesion of dirt, keeping the base plate clean. Moreover, FRP never rusts, and it will not suffer from rust and corrosion problems even in humid environments, greatly extending the service life of the base plate. At the same time, it also has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and durability, being able to resist the erosion of various chemicals and adapt to different usage scenarios, whether outdoors or indoors, and can function stably.

PVC panels are also a possible material for the waterproof base plate of mobile toilets. Among common waterproof panels for toilets, PVC panels have the characteristics of being waterproof and lightweight, which makes them applicable in some situations where weight requirements and waterproofing are needed. However, if PVC panels are to be used for the waterproof base plate of mobile toilets, their thickness needs to be more than 16mm to ensure sufficient strength and stability, enabling them to withstand certain pressure and weight and meet the usage requirements of mobile toilets.

Honeycomb panels also have the potential to be used as the waterproof base plate of mobile toilets. The middle part of a honeycomb panel is full of small cells like a honeycomb, and this unique structure gives it excellent performance. It does not swell after being soaked in water for a long time and can maintain dimensional stability in humid environments without deforming due to water absorption, thus ensuring the overall structural stability of the mobile toilet. Therefore, honeycomb panels are suitable for high-end toilet partitions, and in some mobile toilets with high quality requirements, honeycomb panels can also be considered as the waterproof base plate.

When actually choosing the material for the waterproof base plate of a mobile toilet, it is necessary to comprehensively consider various factors such as the usage environment, budget, and performance requirements to select the most suitable material.
