Mobile Toilet Water Test Operation
Admin 08 de octubre de 2026
The water test operation for mobile toilets is divided into the following three types of procedures based on different types:

I. Ordinary Flush-Type Mobile Toilets
- Pre-use Inspection: Check the water tank level (some models have a water level observation window). If the tank is empty, contact maintenance personnel for water replenishment.
- Post-use Operation: Press the flush valve (button or foot-operated) and wait for the water flow to complete the flushing. Note: Avoid throwing in paper towels, plastics, or other debris to prevent pipe blockage.
II. Mobile Public Toilets (with Commissioning Procedures)
- Setup Preparation:
- Choose a flat site and ensure the sewage outlet is properly connected to the municipal sewer network or fecal storage tank.
- Connect to a 220V power supply and clean water source, and check the water pipe for tightness to prevent leakage.
- Equipment Inspection:
- Test the functionality of the toilet flushing system, lighting circuit, and ventilation fan.
- Use a special key to open the control cabinet and confirm that the circuit breaker is in the closed position.
- Startup Procedure:
- Close the main power switch, lighting switch, and ventilation switch in sequence, and observe whether the indicator lights show a green operational status.
- Test the response speed of the flush button to ensure smooth flushing action.
- Commissioning Points:
- Water Pressure Calibration: Adjust the valve to control the flushing pressure between 0.3-0.5MPa to avoid excessive pressure causing leakage or insufficient pressure affecting cleaning effectiveness.
- Sewage Monitoring: Perform three consecutive flushes and check whether the sewage pump starts promptly and whether the waste is transported smoothly to prevent blockage.
III. Toilet Water Test Procedure on a Testing Bench (for Component Testing)
- Water Seal Measurement: Place the toilet on a level workbench, fill with water to the rinsing surface, and measure the vertical distance from the top of the cutting edge to the water surface after no more drips from the sewage outlet to ensure the water seal is ≥51mm.
- Air Pressure Measurement: Block the sewage outlet with an air pressure tube and connect it to a U-tube. When the water column height difference is ≥600 Pa, observe whether bubbles emerge from the water seal surface to confirm that the air pressure meets the standard.
- Installation of Water Fittings and Water Tank Inspection: Install the water fittings according to the model, connect the water inlet pipe, and use a flashlight to observe whether the water fittings and water tank leak.
- Static Inspection of the Seat Ring: Block the sewage outlet, raise the water level to overflow the water distribution holes, and after keeping it still for 5-10 minutes, check whether there are cracks or leaks in the vent holes and pipes.
- Key Dimension Measurement:
- The distance from the water surface to the overflow pipe outlet should be between 10-38mm, and the distance from the overflow pipe outlet to the CL line should be >25mm.
- The lowest position of the non-sealed opening of the flushing device should be higher than the overflow water level, with a vertical distance >5mm.
- Water Consumption and Cleaning Effect Test:
- For water-saving models, the half-flush volume should be ≤4.2L and ≤70% of the full-flush volume. After flushing, the total length of residual fluorescent lines should be <50mm, with each segment <13mm.
- The full-flush volume should be ≤6.0L. Test the flushing force using a Ф41mm resin ball or 100 polypropylene balls (for urinals, use a Ф19mm ball and 4 artificial casings).
