Mobile Toilet Water Saving

Admin 03 de octubre de 2026

Mobile toilet water saving is mainly reflected in three aspects: water-saving technology design, water circulation systems, and rainwater collection and secondary utilization.

Water-saving technology design is an important means for mobile toilets to conserve water resources. On one hand, mobile eco-friendly toilets optimize flushing effects by automatically collecting hand-washing water and adding special agents, achieving a flushing effect with only 0.46 liters of water per person, significantly reducing the single-flush volume compared to traditional toilets. On the other hand, some energy-saving mobile toilets adopt waterless flushing solutions, allowing operation without connecting to water supply and drainage pipes, completely eliminating dependence on traditional water resources and preventing water consumption at the source. This design is particularly suitable for water-scarce areas or temporary event venues, effectively alleviating water resource shortages.

The application of water circulation systems further enhances the water-saving efficiency of mobile toilets. Some equipment uses a combined technology of "foam sealing + microfiltration," where foam liquid covers excreta through surface tension, reducing odor diffusion and significantly lowering flushing volume. A single flush requires only 0.2 liters, while traditional water-flush toilets require 6 liters. Additionally, used liquid undergoes three-stage filtration treatment, including sedimentation, activated carbon adsorption, and ultraviolet disinfection, ensuring the water quality meets reuse standards before being recycled for flushing, with a recycling rate exceeding 95%. This closed-loop water circulation system greatly reduces the intake of fresh water resources while minimizing the environmental impact of sewage discharge.

Rainwater collection and secondary utilization technology provides an additional water-saving approach for mobile toilets. By installing rainwater collection and filtration systems, mobile toilets can collect and purify rainwater for use as flushing water. Furthermore, hand-washing water secondary flushing technology further improves water resource utilization by treating wastewater generated during hand washing and reusing it for flushing, achieving a cascading utilization of water resources. These technologies not only reduce dependence on municipal water supplies but also demonstrate the comprehensiveness and innovation of mobile toilets in water-saving design.
