Mobile Toilet Warranty Contract

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The warranty contract for mobile toilets primarily covers terms related to the warranty scope, warranty period, warranty responsibilities, and warranty funds. The specific content is as follows:

Warranty Scope and Content

The warranty scope for mobile toilets generally encompasses multiple aspects. Referring to the quality warranty contract for tourist toilets, it includes civil engineering works such as foundation and main structure works, as well as installation works for electrical pipelines and water supply and drainage pipelines, and heating and cooling system works. The mobile toilet maintenance contract agreement clearly specifies that the maintenance items and scope include the repair and replacement of internal toilet facilities (such as sanitary ware and water tanks), the repair and replacement of external toilet facilities (such as casings and door locks), and other related services involved in the maintenance process.

Quality Warranty Period

The warranty periods vary for different engineering works and facilities. In the quality warranty contract for tourist toilets, the warranty period for foundation and main structure works is the reasonable service life specified in the design documents; for civil engineering works, roof waterproofing works, anti-leakage works for toilets with waterproofing requirements, electrical pipelines, water supply and drainage pipelines, equipment installation, decoration works, water supply and drainage facilities within residential communities, road and other supporting works, municipal engineering works, highway engineering works, and water conservancy engineering works, the warranty period is 1 year; for heating and cooling systems, it is 1 heating and cooling period; for landscaping works, it is 1 year after the initial acceptance of the complete project. The mobile toilet maintenance contract agreement stipulates that a one-year warranty period is provided after the completion of maintenance, and paid maintenance services are offered after the warranty period expires, with specific fees to be negotiated separately.

Quality Warranty Responsibilities

For items within the warranty scope and content, the contractor shall send personnel for repair within 2 days after receiving the repair notice. Otherwise, the employer may entrust other personnel for repair, and the repair costs shall be deducted from the quality warranty fund. In the event of an emergency repair accident, the contractor shall immediately arrive at the accident site for repair upon receiving the accident notice. For accidents not caused by the contractor's construction quality, the repair costs shall be borne by the employer. During the warranty period, if structural safety-related quality issues occur, the employer and the contractor shall immediately report to the local construction administrative authorities and take safety precautions. The original design unit or a design unit with the corresponding qualification level shall propose a warranty plan, and the contractor shall be responsible for implementing the warranty. If the contractor causes personal injury or property damage to the project within the reasonable service life due to its own reasons, the contractor shall bear the liability for damages. After the completion of the warranty, the employer shall organize personnel from relevant units for acceptance.

Payment, Deduction, and Refund of Quality Warranty Funds

The quality warranty contract for tourist toilets mentions that the agreed quality warranty fund for this project is a certain proportion of the construction settlement price (the specific proportion is not mentioned), and the quality warranty fund is interest-free. The employer deducts it from the payable amount. During the warranty period, the contractor shall carry out warranty work in accordance with the warranty content. If the contractor fails to send personnel for repair within 2 days after receiving the employer's warranty notice, the employer shall arrange for another company to carry out the repair, and the repair costs incurred during the warranty period shall be borne by the contractor or deducted by the employer from the warranty fund.
