Mobile Toilet Vehicle-mounted Trial
There are mainly several types of vehicle-mounted mobile toilets, including driveable vehicle-mounted types, Sinotruk Howo logistical support mobile toilet vehicles, and vehicle-mounted trailer-type mobile restrooms, each with its own characteristics.

Driveable vehicle-mounted mobile toilets: For example, the Yuanting Smart Environmental Protection Public Toilet Station is producing a model with a span of two meters by a certain length. Its internal layout is relatively complete, equipped with restrooms and mobile public toilet management signs, etc. It can meet basic toilet needs and provide a relatively standardized toilet environment for users.
Sinotruk Howo logistical support mobile toilet vehicles: Its chassis adopts the Sinotruk Howo 4*2 National VI chassis, with an engine power of 257kw, which is superior to the 220KW specified in the bidding documents. It is equipped with radial steel-cord tires and a double-door integrated cab. The upper body is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, with anti-rust and anti-fatigue properties that meet national standards. The vehicle body adopts a skeleton + polyurethane filling overall frame structure, which can simultaneously meet the toilet needs of 8 people and has separate areas for men and women. It is equipped with 3 urinals, 6 vacuum-suction 316 stainless steel squat toilets, and 2 sit toilets. The roof of the vehicle body is paved with non-slip patterned aluminum plates, and the door structure uses anodized aluminum profiles. All openings and load-bearing parts have embedded parts to meet the load-bearing requirements of the vehicle body. All gaps are coated with silicone and filled flat and full. The vehicle body is equipped with a roof ladder for easy maintenance of equipment on the top. The generator is a silent generator, which can be directly fueled from the chassis fuel tank. Each of the men's and women's areas is equipped with a 1.5P air conditioner. The top of the toilet area is equipped with an electric exhaust fan. The toilets are separated by honeycomb aluminum partitions, with an exhaust fan installed in each compartment. Each compartment is equipped with independent lighting, coat hooks, and other facilities. The sink area is equipped with a half-length mirror, hand sanitizer, tissue box, and other auxiliary facilities. The vehicle is equipped with three water tanks in total, with a gray water tank of 500L. There is a general control cabinet inside the vehicle body, which includes a voltmeter, ammeter, insulation, sensors, indicator lights, sockets, and a dedicated sewage pump with a motor power greater than 1.5KW for easy sewage discharge. The roof and tail of the vehicle are equipped with warning lights.
Vehicle-mounted trailer-type mobile restrooms: They are designed by modifying heavy-duty truck chassis or using trailer designs. They are equipped with independent water storage systems (usually with a capacity of 500 - 1000 liters) and sewage collection devices. The most advanced models integrate vacuum suction technology, requiring only 0.5 liters of water per flush, which is 80% more water-efficient than household toilets. They use automotive-grade steel skeletons and FRP composite material bodies, ensuring both structural strength (with a wind resistance rating of up to Level 8) and lightweight design (with a curb weight of 3 - 5 tons). Some flagship products of a certain brand are also equipped with GPS positioning and IoT monitoring systems, allowing managers to monitor 80 operational data items in real-time, including remaining capacity and ammonia concentration.
