Sinotruk Howo Logistics Support Mobile Toilet Vehicle:
The chassis is a Sinotruk Howo 4×2 National VI chassis with an engine power of 257kW. The upper structure is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, with anti-rust and anti-fatigue properties meeting national standards. The wall is an integral frame structure with a skeleton and polyurethane filling. The vehicle can accommodate 8 people simultaneously, with separate areas for men and women. It is equipped with 3 urinals, 6 316 stainless steel vacuum suction squat toilets, and 2 sit-down toilets. For environmental control, each area for men and women is equipped with a 1.5P air conditioner, and electric exhaust fans are installed on the top and in the compartments, with each compartment having an independent lighting fixture. The handwashing area has 2 sinks, equipped with independent faucets, half-length mirrors, hand soap, tissue boxes, and other auxiliary facilities. The water tank system includes a 500L gray water tank, and the vehicle has an overall control cabinet inside, integrating a voltmeter, ammeter, temperature sensor, etc., and is equipped with a sewage pump with a power greater than 1.5kW.
Sinotruk Howo Toilet Vehicle (Suizhou Environmental Protection Vehicle-mounted Mobile Toilet Vehicle):
The厢体 (vehicle body) adopts a box-type large plate bonding structure, with an aluminum alloy plate on the surface. The interlayer is filled with foam on-site and treated for waterproofing to ensure thermal insulation performance. The vehicle has independent compartments, each equipped with an independent lighting fixture, coat hook, ventilation window, storage net pocket, and the floor is made of aluminum checkered plate + anti-slip waterproof pad. The power supply system includes air conditioning, heating, and 220V power, equipped with industrial connectors, automatic short-circuit and leakage protection, a 30-meter cable, and device sockets. It has its own battery pack, inverter power supply, 24VDC converter, and charger, with the option to install a generator. The toilet system uses a ship-type packaged toilet, suitable for places without water and electricity, with the option to install a vacuum toilet system. The water system is made entirely of stainless steel. Each area is equipped with a combined handwashing cabinet, including a vanity mirror, hand dryer, and trash can.
Dongfeng Mobile Toilet Vehicle:
The front door is for the ladies' restroom, and the rear door is for the men's restroom and urinal area. It uses lightweight, waterproof, shock-resistant, and easy-to-clean precision boards, with all connectors made of stainless steel. The ladies' and men's restrooms each have a sink, equipped with stainless steel clean water and sewage tanks. Auxiliary configurations include stainless steel handrails, coat hooks, grooming mirrors, energy-saving lighting fixtures, stainless steel tissue boxes, and a pipe pressurization system. The clean water tank has a quick water inlet on top, and the sewage tank supports direct drainage and suction drainage functions, and is equipped with an on-board air conditioner. The water-saving system uses high-pressure air source pressurization instead of a water pump, controlling the water flow with a pressure regulating valve, and the handwashing faucet stops automatically after 5 seconds of water flow.
