Mobile Toilet Vehicle

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The mobile toilet vehicle is a device designed to address the toilet challenges in large-scale public events, temporary work sites, or areas lacking fixed sewage disposal facilities. It integrates sanitary treatment units onto a movable vehicle chassis, enabling 'on-demand deployment' and 'in-situ treatment'.

Types and Treatment Principles

Mobile toilet vehicles can be classified into three types based on the principles of their waste treatment systems:

  1. Circulating Water Flush Type: Equipped with clean water and wastewater tanks, this type treats toilet wastewater through multi-stage physical filtration and biochemical disinfection, forming a closed-loop circulation. The treated water can be reused for flushing, significantly reducing freshwater consumption and wastewater discharge. It is suitable for areas with water scarcity or where sewage discharge is prohibited.
  2. Packaging and Degradation Type: This type uses mechanical devices to seal and package excreta with biodegradable film, which then falls into a collection container for isolated storage. It may be supplemented with biological enzymes or desiccants for preliminary degradation and deodorization, achieving 'zero water consumption' and 'zero emissions'. The packaged waste is subsequently disposed of as special garbage.
  3. Microbial Degradation Type: This type cultivates specific microbial communities in the treatment chamber, which rapidly decompose excreta as a nutrient source. The final products are carbon dioxide, water vapor, and a small amount of inorganic residue. The entire process requires no flushing water or chemical agents, reducing waste volume and pollution.

Structure and Functional Configuration

Taking the Sinotruk Howo logistical support mobile toilet vehicle as an example, its chassis adopts the 4×2 National VI standard with an engine power of 257kW. The upper structure is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, and the walls feature a frame + polyurethane filling structure, accommodating the simultaneous use of 8 people. The vehicle interior is divided into male and female sections, equipped with 6 vacuum suction squat toilets (made of 316 stainless steel), 2 sitting toilets, 3 urinals, and 2 sets of washbasins (including independent faucets, half-length mirrors, hand soap, and paper towel holders). Functional configurations include a 1.5P air conditioner, electric exhaust fan, independent lighting, coat hooks, etc. It also features a 500L gray water tank, a main control cabinet (including voltmeter, ammeter, sewage pump), and warning lights.

Advantages and Application Scenarios

The mobile toilet vehicle boasts mobility and convenience as its core advantages, allowing for rapid transportation and deployment in urban streets, rural roads, or complex野外 (field, here translated as 'wild' to convey the meaning of challenging outdoor environments) environments. After use, it can be relocated to the next demand point, achieving efficient resource utilization. Its interior space integrates independent toilet units through modular layout, with some models also featuring barrier-free restrooms to meet the needs of special populations. Smart configurations such as sensor faucets and self-cleaning toilets further enhance hygiene and user experience.
