Mobile Toilet Usage and Management Regulations
Currently, there are no unified regulations specifically targeting the usage and management of mobile toilets, but reference can be made to the principle-based regulations in public toilet management methods. The following introduces relevant content from three aspects: planning and placement, construction management, and usage and maintenance:

Planning and Placement: In areas with high pedestrian traffic, insufficient public toilets, and difficulty in constructing standalone public toilets, portable public toilets can be organized and placed. Mobile toilets are a type of portable public toilet, meeting public needs. The design of mobile toilets should adhere to the principles of mobility and convenience, economic durability, environmental protection and ecology, environmental friendliness, efficiency enhancement, and humanitarian promotion. The overall structure should be lightweight, utilizing lightweight and durable materials as much as possible, while ensuring structural robustness. Design considerations should also include controlling the height and width of the toilet, ensuring that the mobile device is fully equipped and reasonable, facilitating easy movement and placement.
Construction Management: Mobile toilets are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing facilities, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices, among others. They can be classified in various ways based on structural form, mobility method, and sewage treatment method. Their construction can refer to the relevant requirements for public toilet construction, with the number, location, and design standards meeting relevant national and industry standards. For example, the number of constructions should be reasonably planned based on pedestrian traffic and usage needs in the area; the location should be convenient for public use while considering the impact on the surrounding environment; the design standards should ensure the functionality and comfort of the toilet.
Usage and Maintenance: Anyone using urban public toilets, including mobile toilets, should consciously maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the toilets and take good care of the toilet facilities and equipment. Vandalism, such as scribbling on the walls or damaging facilities, is prohibited. Meanwhile, referring to the principles of funding guarantee for the management and maintenance of public toilets, corresponding funding should also be ensured for the management and maintenance of mobile toilets, used for daily cleaning, equipment repair and replacement, etc., to ensure the normal operation of mobile toilets and provide a good usage environment for the public.
