Instructions for Using Mobile Toilets

Admin 16 de octubre de 2026

The use of mobile toilets should follow standardized procedures for pre-use preparation, in-use operation, post-use tidying, and maintenance by the management. Details are as follows:

I. Pre-Use Preparation

  1. Stability Check: Ensure the mobile toilet is placed on a flat surface without tilting or wobbling to prevent tipping during use.
  2. System Connection Check:
    • For units with a water supply system, confirm that the water pipes are properly connected without leaks and that the sewage pipes are sealed to prevent odor leakage.
    • For waterless flushing units, confirm that the waste collection device is empty and properly odor-proofed in advance.
  3. Sign Observation: Observe external signs before entering to confirm the availability of gender-specific or accessible stalls, avoiding misentry or long waits.

II. In-Use Operation

  1. Enter According to Signs: Enter the appropriate restroom according to the signs and keep the door closed to ensure privacy.
  2. Follow Operating Instructions: Operate according to the instructions posted inside, such as how to activate manual or sensor-based flushing devices and how to use hand soap and hand-drying equipment.
  3. No Disposal of Debris: Do not dispose of any debris other than toilet paper into the toilet (e.g., cigarette butts, plastic items, beverage bottles) to prevent pipe blockage or equipment damage.

III. Post-Use Tidying

  1. Close and Lock: Close the door after use and confirm that the locking mechanism is in place to ensure privacy and safety.
  2. Maintain Cleanliness: Do not scribble or litter randomly, and maintain the cleanliness of the restroom interior.

IV. Maintenance by Management

  1. Water Source Selection: Choose clean water sources and high-pressure water supply based on regional water quality and pressure differences.
  2. Winter Anti-Freezing Measures:
    • Turn on the heating cable and electric heater switches before use to prepare anti-freezing facilities in advance.
    • When not in use, drain the water from the water tank, inlet pipes, sink, squat toilet, and booster pump to prevent pipe damage from freezing.
  3. Equipment Power Adaptation: Select appropriate wires for the exhaust fan (20W), light (20W), electric heater (300W), and heating cable (10W/meter) based on the configuration.
  4. Sewage Pipe Maintenance: Flush the toilet bowl with a high-pressure water gun every 20-60 days (20 days in winter, 60 days in summer) for pipe-discharge public toilets to prevent blockage.
  5. Lifting Seal Treatment: Reapply sealant at the lifting points after lifting to prevent rain leakage.
  6. Pipe Size Adaptation: The sewage outlet pipe is 110mm, the sink drain pipe is 50mm, and the inlet pipe diameter is one inch (33mm). Choose matching pipes.
  7. Regular Inspection and Disinfection: Arrange for dedicated personnel to regularly replenish consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap, clean up garbage, and disinfect high-frequency contact areas (e.g., door handles, flush buttons).
  8. Extreme Weather Response: Take anti-freezing, sun protection, and wind protection measures to extend the service life of the equipment.
