Mobile Toilet Unloading Scenario

Admin 05 de octubre de 2026

The unloading scenarios of mobile toilets typically involve various equipment and operating methods, as detailed below:

At the new rural reconstruction site in Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province, the unloading process of mobile toilets involves cranes and trucks. The truck serves as a transportation vehicle, delivering the mobile toilets to the designated location. Upon arrival, the crane plays a crucial role. With its powerful lifting capacity, the crane connects its hook to specific lifting points on the mobile toilet. Under the precise control of the operator, the mobile toilet is slowly and steadily lifted from the truck, then moved above the pre-planned installation location, and finally lowered gently to complete the unloading operation. In this scenario, the coordination between the crane and the truck ensures that the mobile toilet can efficiently and safely transition from the transportation state to the installation preparation state.

The unloading scene at Langfa Park in Daxing, Beijing, presents different characteristics. Here, the mobile toilets are composed of a frame structure welded from steel. This frame structure offers numerous advantages, with one of the most important being its ability to meet lifting requirements. During unloading, a crane can also be used for operation. The crane's lifting slings can be conveniently fixed at appropriate positions on the frame, utilizing the overall strength and stability of the frame to lift and transfer the entire mobile toilet. This structure ensures that the mobile toilet is less likely to deform during the lifting process, guaranteeing the safety and integrity of the unloading operation, while also facilitating subsequent installation work.

There is also a relatively special unloading scenario where, after a forklift places the mobile toilet, a woman emerges from it. This indicates that in some cases, there may be people inside the mobile toilet during transportation. Upon reaching the unloading location, a forklift is used for the unloading operation. The forklift inserts its forks into appropriate positions at the bottom of the mobile toilet, lifting it and moving it to the designated location before lowering it. However, this situation is relatively rare, and it is necessary to ensure the safety of personnel during forklift operations to avoid accidents caused by improper handling.
