Mobile Toilet Tile Size Specifications
Common tile sizes for mobile toilets include 300×300, 300×450, 300×600, 400×400, 250×330, 450×600, etc. For large spaces, larger sizes such as 600×600, 800×800, 400×800, and 600×1200 can be selected, while small spaces or partial decorations can use smaller sizes like 100×100 and 150×150.

Basis for Size Selection
The tile size for mobile toilets should be determined based on the space size, functional requirements, and design style. For small spaces (e.g., areas less than 5㎡), it is recommended to prioritize smaller tile sizes, such as 300×300 or 250×330. These tiles are easier to adjust the ground slope during installation, ensuring smooth drainage and preventing water accumulation. Additionally, the installation cost for smaller tiles is relatively lower, making them suitable for budget-constrained scenarios. For large spaces (e.g., areas exceeding 8㎡), larger tile sizes like 600×600 or 800×800 are more appropriate, as they reduce the number of tile joints, enhancing overall aesthetics. Moreover, the installation effect of larger tiles appears more grand, suitable for modern minimalist or industrial design styles.
Adaptation to Special Scenarios
If the interior structure of the mobile toilet is complex (e.g., with columns or partitions), a mixed tile size installation can be adopted. For example, using 300×600 tiles vertically on the walls to enhance the vertical sense of extension, and pairing them with 400×400 tiles on the floor to balance the visual proportions. For partial decorative areas (e.g., the background wall of the sink), smaller tile sizes like 100×100 or 150×150 can be used to add layers through mosaic designs. Furthermore, slip resistance is a crucial consideration, especially for floor tiles, which should have a slip resistance coefficient of ≥R10 to prevent slipping risks caused by moisture.
Material Parameter Requirements
In addition to size, the water absorption rate and abrasion resistance of the tiles also require close attention. Given the humid environment of mobile toilets, it is recommended to choose porcelain tiles with a water absorption rate of ≤0.5% to prevent water penetration, which could lead to tile detachment or mold growth. If the foot traffic is heavy, the abrasion resistance of the floor tiles should be at least Grade 4 to extend their service life. When the budget allows, full-body tiles or antique tiles can be selected, as they feature natural surface textures and stronger stain resistance, facilitating daily cleaning and maintenance.
