Mobile Toilet Tile Cleaning

Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026

For cleaning mobile toilet tiles, refer to the following methods. Choose the appropriate solution based on the type of stain, and pay attention to operational safety and material protection:

1. Acidic Cleaning Method (for alkaline stains such as water scale and soap scum)

  • White Vinegar Descaling Method: Mix white vinegar with water in a 1:1 ratio, dip a sponge into the mixture, and gently wipe the stains. The acetic acid in white vinegar can dissolve calcium carbonate-based water scale and is non-corrosive to the glaze of tiles, making it suitable for daily maintenance.
  • Lemon Juice Cleaning Method: Pour fresh lemon juice into a spray bottle, spray it onto the tile surface, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, and then wipe it clean with a damp sponge. Citric acid not only removes stubborn stains but also leaves a fresh scent. However, avoid prolonged contact with metal fittings to prevent oxidation.

2. Alkaline Cleaning Method (for oil stains and acidic stains)

  • Baking Soda Stain Removal Method: Mix baking soda with water in a 1:2 ratio to form a paste, apply it to the oily stains, gently scrub with a soft-bristled brush, and then rinse. The weak alkalinity of baking soda can neutralize acidic stains, and its granular structure enhances friction, making it suitable for localized deep cleaning.
  • Sodium Hydroxide Cleaning Method: Dissolve a 5%-10% sodium hydroxide solution in warm water, dip a sponge or soft-bristled brush into the solution, scrub the tiles, and then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. This method is highly effective for stubborn grease stains, but the concentration must be strictly controlled (excessive concentration can damage the glaze), and rubber gloves and goggles should be worn during operation.

3. Physical Cleaning Method (efficient sterilization and stain removal)

  • Steam Cleaning Method: Use a steam cleaner to spray high-temperature steam (above 120°C) onto the tile surface, which can dissolve grease and kill 99.9% of bacteria without the need for chemical reagents. Maintain a distance of 10-15cm during operation to avoid local overheating that could cause the tiles to crack.

4. Oxidative Cleaning Method (for stubborn pigment stains)

  • Chlorine Bleach Bleaching Method: Dilute chlorine bleach with water in a 1:10 ratio, apply it to the stains, let it sit for 5 minutes, and then rinse. Its strong oxidizing properties can decompose organic pigments, but it is only suitable for white tiles. Colored tiles may fade due to oxidation reactions.

Operational Precautions:

  • Material Compatibility: Before cleaning, confirm the type of tiles (such as glazed tiles or full-body tiles) and avoid using hard tools like steel wool to scratch the glaze.
  • Personal Protection: Wear an N95 mask, rubber gloves, and goggles to prevent skin or respiratory damage from cleaning agent splashes.
  • Ventilation Requirements: Maintain ventilation in the environment when using sodium hydroxide or chlorine bleach to avoid gas accumulation that could lead to poisoning risks.
  • Subsequent Maintenance: After cleaning, dry the tiles with a chamois cloth to reduce water stain residue; apply a tile sealant to the joints monthly to delay dirt penetration.
