Mobile Toilet Tent Installation Guide

Admin 07 de octubre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilets should follow a professional process, which generally consists of three stages: pre-installation preparation, installation execution, and post-installation inspection. The specific steps and precautions are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparation

  1. Site Survey
    • Ensure the site is flat and free of standing water. Avoid low-lying areas, high-voltage lines, and obstacles. Measure the site dimensions to ensure the width of the access passage is ≥1.2 meters and reserve operating space.
    • Check water and electricity conditions: Some mobile toilets require an external power supply (e.g., ≥DN20 water pipes) and sewage pipes to connect to the municipal sewer network. Confirm the interface locations and pipe diameter compatibility in advance.
  2. Equipment Inspection
    • Verify the quantity, model, and accessories of the mobile toilets (such as sinks, flushing devices, sewage pipes, etc.). Check for no damage on the exterior and that internal facilities (door locks, flush buttons, etc.) are intact.
  3. Tools and Personnel
    • Prepare tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and spirit levels. Arrange 2-3 professional personnel; for large equipment, coordinate with a crane for assistance in handling.

II. Installation Execution Steps

  1. Foundation Fixing
    • Lifting and Positioning: Use a crane to lift the toilet body to the designated location and adjust it to be level using a spirit level (deviation ≤3mm).
    • Fixing Method: Use expansion bolts for hard ground; for areas with strong winds or soft ground, use counterweights for fixing and lay anti-slip mats to prevent water accumulation after rain.
  2. Water and Electricity Connection
    • Sewage Pipe Connection: Connect to the sewer or sewage collection tank, ensuring the pipe slope is ≥2% to prevent sewage backflow.
    • Water Supply Connection: Test the flushing function and drainage tightness to prevent water leakage.
    • Circuit Debugging: Check that the lighting and ventilation systems are operating normally to avoid short circuits or electric shock risks.
  3. Detail Refinement
    • Install accessories such as door curtains and anti-slip mats, clean and disinfect the interior, place consumables such as toilet paper and air fresheners, and set up clear signs while keeping away from fire sources.

III. Post-installation Inspection

  1. Function Testing
    • Press the flush button 3 times continuously to confirm smooth drainage; test the lighting and ventilation systems, and check the flexibility of the door lock; evenly step on the top of the equipment to check structural stability (load-bearing test).
  2. Delivery Documents
    • Provide an Equipment Installation Inspection Form, indicating the installation date, warranty period, and usage instructions to ensure users are clear about maintenance responsibilities.

IV. Precautions

  1. Safety Regulations
    • Wear safety harnesses for high-altitude work. Installation is prohibited in windy weather (≥Level 5). Set up warning signs in the construction area and provide lighting for night work; keep away from fire sources and prohibit smoking or using open flames in the toilet.
  2. Emergency Measures
    • Fix or transfer the equipment before extreme weather (such as heavy rain or strong winds); equip with spare toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning tools to meet unexpected needs.
