Mobile Toilet Tent Installation

Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilet tents requires selecting appropriate methods based on the type and scenario, as detailed below:

1. Installation of Tents for Self-Drive Travel Vehicles

These tents are typically 1.6 meters long with a fabric width of 1.7 meters. Installation should be adjusted according to the vehicle's height. Generally, a 7-meter-long tent is sufficient to meet the needs. During installation, ensure that the tent is securely connected to the vehicle to prevent detachment during travel.

2. Installation of Portable Folding Changing Tents

Portable folding changing tents are characterized by their quick deployment. When installing, pay attention to the following steps:

  1. Deployment Operation: Fully unfold the tent from its storage state, ensuring that both the inner and outer zippers can be opened smoothly without jamming or damage.
  2. Function Inspection: Verify that the internal sun-resistant coating is intact, that the hanging ropes and storage bags are securely fastened, and that the top ventilation skylight can open and close properly to ensure ventilation and mosquito prevention.

3. Installation of Mobile Toilets for Large Events or Construction Sites

This type of installation requires systematic operation and is divided into four stages:

1. Pre-Installation Preparation

  • Site Survey and Planning: Select an area with higher elevation, away from high-voltage lines and busy pedestrian pathways, reserving at least 1.5 meters of operating space to avoid difficulties in subsequent maintenance.
  • Equipment Inspection and Inventory: Check the equipment quantity against the rental list, focusing on the integrity of components such as water and electricity connections, flushing systems, and door locks to prevent usage issues due to missing parts.

2. Core Steps for On-Site Installation

  • Foundation Fixing and Leveling: Place the equipment on a flat surface and use a level to calibrate. If the ground is uneven, level it using adjustable feet or shims and tighten the fixing bolts to ensure stability.
  • Water and Electricity Connection Specifications: The drainage pipe slope should be ≥2%, and the joints should be sealed with sealing tape or waterproof glue; electricity supply should be operated by a professional electrician, and a leakage protection device must be installed to avoid electric shock risks.
  • Internal and External Facility Debugging: Check if the flushing system is functioning properly, if the doors, locks, and toilet paper holders are securely installed, fill the water tank to test the flushing function, and ensure there are no leaks or blockages.

3. Safety and Compliance Points

  • Fire and Theft Prevention Measures: Keep the equipment away from fire sources and prohibit the storage of flammable and explosive materials inside; install anti-theft locks after installation and regularly check the sealing of doors and windows to prevent human damage.
  • Environmental Protection and Hygiene Standards: Regularly clean the septic tank and make the drainage outlet leak-proof; install a sunshade in hot summer to reduce odor diffusion and bacterial growth.

4. Common Problem Handling

  • Equipment Tilt: Re-level using adjustable feet; if the tilt is severe, refasten the foundation.
  • Power Outage: First, check if the leakage protector has tripped, restore power supply, and then test the equipment operation.
  • Drainage Blockage: Use professional tools to unclog the pipes and avoid using corrosive chemicals that may damage the equipment.
