Technology of Mobile Toilets
The technology of mobile toilets encompasses multiple aspects such as sewage treatment, intelligent water-saving, internal configuration, and materials and structure.

In terms of sewage treatment methods, mobile toilets come in various types. The circulating water-flushing type is equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment devices for fecal sewage. It adds biological strains and utilizes biofilm technology to accelerate decomposition. The treated water can be recycled for flushing, achieving the reuse of water resources. The dry-packing type has no water-flushing device. Excreta is collected by biodegradable plastic bags, which are automatically replaced and collected for centralized treatment after use, avoiding water consumption. In addition, there are common technical types such as foam-sealing type, packing type, water-saving flushing type, water-free rechargeable type, and microbial type. The foam-sealing type uses foam to seal odors and reduce water usage; the packing type packs and treats excreta; the water-saving flushing type reduces the flushing volume through optimized design; the water-free rechargeable type does not require water and relies on special materials to treat excreta; the microbial type uses microorganisms to decompose excreta.
Regarding intelligent water-saving technology, intelligent water-saving ecological and environmentally friendly toilets can achieve a flushing effect of about 0.46 liters of water per person by automatically collecting urine and hand-washing water and adding water-saving special agents. This significantly reduces water consumption and improves water resource utilization efficiency.
In terms of internal configuration technology, mobile toilets are equipped with an independent toilet pit zoning treatment system. The urine channel uses gravity self-flow, and the feces channel is cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanical device, ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene inside the toilet. At the same time, they are equipped with anti-slip floors, automatic flushing toilet bowls, and ventilation and lighting systems, complying with the GBLT18091-92 standard and providing users with a comfortable and safe usage environment.
In terms of materials and structure technology, the frame of mobile toilets is welded with national standard steel, and the surface is covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels, with a service life of more than 20 years. The main structure is welded with national standard light steel keels, meeting the requirements for overall hoisting and facilitating movement and installation. The exterior wall materials can be selected according to customer requirements or the surrounding environment of the usage location, such as color-coated steel plates, metal carved panels, anti-corrosion wood, stainless steel plates, and aluminum-plastic panels, which are both aesthetically pleasing and practical.
