Mobile Toilet Technical Solution
The mobile toilet technical solution covers six major aspects: basic framework, core systems, modular design, intelligent systems, transportation and placement, and maintenance and cleaning.

1. Basic Framework and Materials
Lightweight, high-strength modular materials such as fiberglass-reinforced plastic, polyethylene, and color-coated steel sheets are used, balancing structural strength with portability. The modular design facilitates easy overall transportation and rapid deployment, making it particularly suitable for temporary events or emergency scenarios. The materials must possess corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties to adapt to complex outdoor environments.
2. Internal Core Systems
- Waste Collection and Treatment: The core functional modules are divided into two categories. One type is self-contained waste storage tanks, achieving independent waste disposal through physical isolation. The other type consists of biological/chemical treatment units. For short-term events, chemical decomposition technology (such as adding degradation agents) is used, while for multi-day camping, biological treatment systems (such as microbial decomposition of wastewater) are configured. The capacity and treatment methods can be adjusted according to demand.
- Water Recycling Flushing Units: Water-flush toilets require connection to water supply and drainage pipes and integrate rainwater collection and filtration systems with hand-washing water secondary flushing technology, achieving a water-saving rate of over 60%. Dry toilets, on the other hand, use foam sealing or bagging designs, completely eliminating dependence on the pipe network.
- Ventilation and Air Exchange Equipment: A forced exhaust system combined with negative pressure design ensures internal air circulation, keeping odor concentrations below national standard limits.
3. Modular Design
Internal functional modules (such as toilet compartments, waste storage tanks, and treatment units) are independently encapsulated and can be quickly assembled through standardized interfaces. They support “building block” expansion, allowing single toilet compartments to be combined into multi-compartment clusters to meet the needs of events of different scales without requiring on-site construction of fixed pipe networks.
4. Intelligent System Configuration
High-end products integrate a three-tier intelligent architecture: the bottom layer uses PLCs to collect real-time data on toilet compartment usage and waste storage levels; the middle layer features a 40-inch LED screen to display toilet compartment status; the top layer includes a 4G module that supports remote monitoring and mobile app control, enabling automated management of lighting, flushing, and ventilation, reducing the frequency of manual intervention.
5. Transportation and Placement Solutions
Two modes are provided: wheeled chassis and lifting. The wheeled chassis is suitable for hardened surfaces or lawns with slopes ≤15° and can be towed by ordinary vehicles. The lifting solution uses portable lifting equipment to precisely place toilet units on rocky platforms or steep slopes, with a maximum load capacity of 5 tons.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning Mechanisms
The service process includes three steps: dynamic inspections (frequency adjusted according to usage intensity, such as twice daily during peak periods), sealed waste transfer (to avoid secondary pollution), and spraying with food-grade disinfectants (to kill 99.9% of pathogenic microorganisms). Some products are equipped with self-cleaning spray systems to further extend maintenance intervals.
