Technical Performance of Mobile Toilets

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

The technical performance of mobile toilets covers multiple aspects such as mobility and adaptability, treatment methods, water-saving performance, structural features, and other performance characteristics.

Mobility and Adaptability: Mobile toilets exhibit significant mobility, enabling flexible adaptation to site changes and effectively reducing resource waste caused by the relocation of fixed facilities. They can operate normally within a wide temperature range, from -10℃ to 60℃, and can cope with extreme climatic conditions by being equipped with optional insulation layers ranging from 100 to 1000mm. Additionally, mobile toilets can be quickly assembled and disassembled, allowing for customization of size and layout according to drawings to fit narrow spaces or irregular terrains, meeting the usage requirements of various scenarios.

Diverse Treatment Methods: Mobile toilets offer a rich variety of sewage treatment methods, including water-flush and waterless suction types, circulating water-flush types, and dry-packing types. The circulating water-flush type is equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic sewage treatment devices for fecal matter, adding biological strains and utilizing biofilm technology to accelerate decomposition. The treated water can be recycled for flushing, achieving efficient water resource utilization. The dry-packing type, a waterless flushing device, collects excreta in biodegradable plastic bags, automatically replaces the bags after use, and centrally collects and treats them, offering simple operation. Furthermore, there are various other technical types such as foam-sealing types, packing types, water-saving flush types, waterless rechargeable types, and microbial types. Among them, microbial degradation technology decomposes excreta through special strains, achieving waterless treatment, and is particularly suitable for water-scarce or ecologically sensitive areas.

Water-Saving Performance: Smart water-saving ecological and environmentally friendly toilets achieve a flushing effect of approximately 0.46 liters per person by automatically collecting urine and hand-washing water and adding water-saving special agents. Mobile environmental protection public toilets, using water-adding water-saving special agents, achieve a low water volume flushing effect of 0.46 to 1.5 liters per person, significantly conserving water resources.

Structural Features: The structure of mobile toilets is based on a steel frame to ensure overall strength and stability, with a service life of 20 to 30 years. The main body is divided into three parts: the floor, walls, and sewage disposal system. The floor uses non-slip aluminum plates or tiles to ensure safety during use; the walls can be customized in color and shape, with a variety of exterior wall materials available, and high-end interior and exterior decoration enhances the visual experience; the sewage disposal system is the technical core, offering multiple sewage disposal solutions.

Other Performance Characteristics: Mobile toilets occupy a relatively small area, consuming less land resources compared to traditional fixed toilets. They have low land dependency, a short construction period, and can be reused.
