Technical Parameters of Mobile Toilets
The technical parameters of mobile toilets cover multiple aspects such as structure, performance, dimensions, functions, and sewage disposal methods. Details are as follows:

I. Structural Forms and Materials The structural forms are divided into single-unit and composite structures. The materials are based on a steel frame structure, with a service life of up to 30 years. For example, the walls of a double-row mobile toilet (direct-discharge type) are made of 5cm thick reinforced color-steel sandwich panels, with galvanized steel or aluminum alloy frames for the studs. The floor is primarily made of non-slip aluminum or stainless steel. The outer roof is waterproof, while the inner roof can be PVC ceiling or aluminum alloy扣板 (aluminum alloy ceiling tiles). The bottom of the mobile public toilet is welded with 100×50×4mm national standard channel steel. The exterior walls use high-grade special tiles (white, red, gray), with a fire-resistant graphite insulation board for the insulation layer. The interior walls are paved with special tiles and filled with silicone sealant. The roof steel structure undergoes double-layer anti-corrosion and rust-proof treatment, and the floor is paved with black natural marble with non-slip grooves.
II. Performance Parameters The temperature adaptation range varies by type: the double-row mobile toilet (direct-discharge type) operates from -0°C to 50°C, while the outdoor mobile toilet operates from -10°C to 60°C (with optional insulation layers ranging from 100-1000mm to cope with extreme climates). In terms of power supply, the double-row mobile toilet uses a standard 220V/50Hz power source, with a daily power consumption of only 0.5W. The water-flush mobile toilet relies on a 220V voltage to drive the water pump and requires a septic tank or municipal sewage network. The outdoor mobile toilet is equipped with an LED 'Occupied/Vacant' indicator on the toilet door and an AC220V/50Hz explosion-proof power outlet in the management room. The flush control adopts a fully automatic system (such as in the double-row mobile toilet) or an infrared induction water-saving flush system (such as in the mobile public toilet).
III. Specifications and Dimensions The standard dimensions of a single toilet cubicle in a double-row mobile toilet (direct-discharge type) are 1100mm (length) × 1100mm (width) × 2300mm (height), with a double-row layout requiring horizontal expansion. The overall dimensions of the mobile public toilet are 5850mm in length × 2650mm in width × 2750mm in height, including 4 toilet cubicles (1 management room, 2 squat toilets, and 1 disabled toilet). The dimensions of each toilet cubicle are 1310mm in width × 1620mm in depth × 2100mm in height, while the internal dimensions of the management room and disabled toilet are 2460mm in depth × 1400mm in width × 2100mm in height.
IV. Functional Configurations The double-row mobile toilet (direct-discharge type) is标配 (standardly equipped) with ceramic squat toilets, stainless steel sinks, exhaust fans, occupied/vacant locks, handrails, and toilet paper holders, with the option to upgrade to shower facilities. The mobile public toilet has a more comprehensive configuration, including #304 stainless steel water-saving flush squat toilets, infrared induction flush systems, high-grade ceramic sinks with感应水龙头 (induction faucets), intelligent exhaust fans, stainless steel toilet paper holders, assistive handrails, coat hooks, dressing mirrors, trash cans, LED occupied/vacant indicator systems, and moisture-proof lighting.
V. Sewage Disposal Methods Three sewage disposal methods are provided: water-flush, packing, and microbial degradation. The water-flush method relies on electricity and a septic tank/municipal sewage network. The packing method seals feces in biodegradable plastic bags, which are replaced periodically. The microbial degradation method uses special bacteria to decompose excreta, achieving waterless treatment and is suitable for water-scarce or ecologically sensitive areas.
