Mobile Toilet Structure
The structure of a mobile toilet mainly includes five parts: the main frame structure, internal functional zoning, sewage storage and treatment system, ventilation and lighting design, as well as auxiliary facilities and safety features.

The main frame structure is the core support of the mobile toilet. It typically uses lightweight yet sturdy materials such as steel or aluminum alloy to ensure the overall stability of the structure while facilitating transportation and installation. The exterior of the frame is covered with durable panels, such as color-coated steel sheets or composite materials, which are rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant, enabling them to withstand the variable outdoor weather conditions. The entire structure adopts a modular design, allowing for quick assembly or disassembly and enhancing usage flexibility.
The internal functional zoning is clearly defined, including a toilet area, a hand-washing area (if equipped), and necessary storage space. The toilet area is equipped with portable or fixed toilets of various types. Some are directly connected to the sewage storage tank at the bottom, while others employ advanced degradation technologies. The hand-washing area may feature a small sink paired with a water-saving faucet, a manual pump, or a pressure-type water supply system to meet basic cleaning needs.
The sewage storage and treatment system is a crucial part of the mobile toilet, directly related to its hygiene and environmental performance. Common systems include sewage storage tanks, chemical treatment, or biological degradation devices. The sewage storage tank is usually located at the bottom of the toilet and is made of corrosion-resistant materials such as polyethylene to collect waste. Some mobile toilets incorporate degradation agents to help break down solid waste and reduce odors. Environmentally friendly treatment methods, such as microbial degradation technology, can convert waste into harmless substances under natural conditions, enhancing environmental performance.
Ventilation and lighting design are essential for improving user comfort. The ventilation system typically includes roof exhaust fans or sidewall louvers to promote air circulation and prevent internal stuffiness and odor buildup. For lighting, in addition to relying on glass or transparent panels on the doors to introduce natural light, interior lighting fixtures are also installed to ensure normal use at night or in low-light conditions.
Auxiliary facilities and safety features are also indispensable parts of a mobile toilet, such as sturdy, corrosion-resistant hooks and clearly marked Chinese signs at the entrances and exits. Some products are also equipped with intelligent systems, such as a bottom-layer PLC data acquisition system, a 40-inch LED toilet stall monitor, and a 4G remote monitoring module, supporting remote control of lighting and flushing systems via a mobile app, enhancing usage convenience and intelligence.
