Introduction to Mobile Toilet Structure
The structure of a mobile toilet mainly includes the frame structure, wall materials, roof design, chassis, internal configuration, and water supply and sewage systems.

Frame Structure: Environmentally friendly mobile toilets typically use a welded steel frame structure. The bottom is welded with channel steel or I-beams, and the columns are made of square steel. This design meets the requirements for lifting, facilitating easy movement and installation. Integrated mobile restroom products often feature a steel frame structure with composite panel cladding, using galvanized steel pipes or square steel as the main load-bearing components, with anti-rust treatment on the surface to ensure structural stability and durability.
Wall Materials: Wall materials are installed on the frame and include color-coated steel plates, metal carved panels, aluminum-plastic panels, and anti-corrosion wood. These materials are waterproof, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean, adapting to various environmental conditions. The wall materials for integrated mobile restrooms may also include color-coated steel sandwich panels, stainless steel plates, or carved panels, further enhancing wall performance and aesthetics.
Roof Design: The roof usually has a good drainage slope and is equipped with an insulation layer to cope with different climatic conditions, ensuring comfort and stability inside the toilet.
Chassis: The chassis needs to bear the weight of internal fixtures and occupants, so it generally uses non-slip flooring and includes reserved sewage outlets. The chassis design of environmentally friendly mobile toilets also emphasizes stability to support the overall structure and ensure safety during use.
Internal Configuration: Mobile toilets typically include basic facilities such as toilets (or squat toilets), sinks, mirrors, lighting, exhaust fans, and paper towel holders. Integrated mobile restroom products may also incorporate smart features like sensor-activated flushing, automatic disinfection, and deodorization systems, enhancing convenience and hygiene. Environmentally friendly mobile toilets may use water-saving designs such as vacuum squat toilets and pneumatic flushing, reflecting an eco-friendly philosophy.
Water Supply and Sewage Systems: The water supply system relies on an external water source or a built-in water tank, while the sewage disposal method varies depending on the application scenario, including direct discharge (connected to municipal sewage networks) and collection systems (equipped with sewage storage tanks or septic tanks). Environmentally friendly mobile toilets may also adopt technologies like rainwater harvesting and filtration systems, as well as secondary flushing with handwashing water, to achieve water-saving functions, further demonstrating their eco-friendly characteristics.
